Really Tasty Wheat-Free Pasta
This is my new favorite. Honestly, I've tried just about all of the wheat-free pastas out there -- chickpea, bean, pea, etc., and they all taste yuck. Although, brown rice pasta is just ok and buckwheat is good for Asian inspired dishes but NOT Italian pasta dishes. This millet pasta is tasty and good with tomato style sauces! Millet has a slightly sweet taste and is very nutritious and easy to digest. As some other reviews have suggested, do not cook the 10 minutes as directed on the box or it will get a bit mushy. Test taste at about 6 minutes and continue cooking a minute or two if needed. If you are concerned about food from China...Most millet is grown in India followed by Africa and China. The US does not grow much. So, this company does source millet from China where they have their own facility... "Bgreen works with farms untouched by chemicals and pesticides to bring you non-GMO, certified organic, gluten-free foods created and packaged in facilities that have never processed wheat, rye, or barley products. Our products are organic and we have organic certifications from ECO-CERT, CERES, and IBD."

Great pasta
This was easy on my digestive system as some other gluten free were not. I like the taste. It does taste just like regular pasta. Just know it does not take long to cook at all. It will get very soft in short amount of time. Highly recommend.

Made in China?
Maybe this doesn't bother anyone, but this "organic" product from California, is actually Made in China. It is stamped on the box in small print. That made me wary of it, which is a shame because it is great pasta for gluten free folks.

6 min cook time is perfect!
I follow LFG (Kristine Wylie) on IG and I've seen her post about this pasta, so I wanted to try it, because it's hard to find (GOOD) lectin free pasta. I thought it was cool that her recipe is on the box! I looked at her recipe and it said to cook the pasta for 7 min. While the boiling instructions on the box say 10 min. The day I received it, I tested the pasta at 8 min and it was mushy. I made pasta salad tonight and I tested it at 5 min, still a little chewy, so I gave it 1 more minute and it was perfect! So if you make this, start testing the doneness at 5 min and remove from heat at your liking. I also rinsed it and put ice on it to cool it down for pasta salad, drained and then drizzled olive oil and tossed until I was ready to use. In my opinion, the manufacturer should reduce the cooking time on the packaging, unless you like mushy pasta.

Best low histamine Pasta
I am so grateful for this pasta. I have histamine intolerance and have a limited diet as a result. Helful tip: This pasta cooks al dente in about 4 to 5 minutes!
