I have Multiple Sclerosis with the result that I make frequent visits for physical therapy. Many of the exercises I can do at home with the proper equipment. At my last series of visits the therapists recommended that I get one of these balls. When I asked the size, they said 45-50 in. Now I know the difference between cm & in, but ordered the cm by mistake anyway. The result is that I need a bigger ball. I decided to keep this one rather than send it back. I was just going to order one of the correct size, however, no one has the over 100 cm ball that equals 45-50 in. I will continue to look. I was blowing this ball up & found it super easy. However, I couldn't understand how to use some tape that was included. I know it's purpose is to keep the ball from leaking air, but it just isn't clear to me. I put the ball aside for now & will pick it up again in awhile. If I still can't figure it out, I will involve the husband.

Although I needed to have the air pump replaced, I LOVE this excersize ball. I was contacted immediately by the owner on a Saturday, and had a new pump delivered by Wednesday. I am very impressed by the company. I purchased this product for rehabilitation from home. Highly recommended and so happy for size options along with no slip material. Renee

I received my stability ball promptly and intended to use it during pregnancy. My husband followed the directions to get it to the correct size but it wasn’t inflating. After contacting the company, the owner himself reached out and troubleshooted with me. When that didn’t resolve the issue, he literally gave me his cell phone number and my husband called him. He was able to ascertain that the pump was faulty and he immediately sent a new pump (personally) that arrived days later. After that, my husband was able to fully inflate the ball within about 2 minutes. Will definitely be a repeat shopper and I’m still amazed by the level of customer service. Aside from that, the ball is very well made, no off-gassing, and perfect for pregnancy and beyond.

We had a problem with one but neglected to contact the company until after the warranty period had expired. They were good enough to replace it anyway. Many companies sell these balls so if you're reading reviews you're probably trying to decide if there's one that's better than the others. I think the problem with our ball was unusual and may have been our fault. Not contacting them promptly was definitely my fault. Buy from a company that takes good care of you even when you don't deserve it.

I am very impressed with this ball, the stability is very nice. I use the ones at the "Y" and this one by far is so nice, and you feel safe sitting and moving on it. I did take it to work and had one of the guys inflate the ball, just because I knew it would get done faster and filled to the right measurement. I am a beginner on this, but plan on putting this into my every day routine. I have tight hamstrings and moving up and down and all around on this ball makes them feel great and not stressed out. I would purchase this again. I might be because my 88 year old mother really likes it. She can then pick her own color.

Bought this as a toy/ desk chair and I like it. It was a little small, but it gets bigger the more it’s used (only like three inches). Was really great around the house and fun to play with. The part to blow it up was efficient and effective.

This ball is well made, good material. I recommend it, but have someone with you when you do the final inflate. I thought I could blow it up as soon as I got it, but instructions said blow it up 80% and wait 24 hours. there is a tape that goes around the ball, you line up two holes, the pump goes through the 2 holes, then you have to insert the plug. difficult if you are by yourself. Like the end result, though.

Bought this ball for my home gym. It had a great pump that was simple to use and quality is great! Sturdy and great support. I got black but this ball has so many fun color options!

There was a sticker on the tape inside the box that said 75cm, but it was clearly the smaller size as shown in the picture even when the box was padded out.I immediately returned the product with the complicated procedure DHL and confirmed receipt of the package on July 28, 2023, but the seller has not refunded my money. This seems to be a scam as it was an expensive product for a balance ball.

The ball is smaller than ordered and the pump doesn't work well. Took me an hour to fill to 80% Get what you pay for.
