This watch, based on a timeless (no pun intended) Dieter Rams design, is a great piece of modernist and minimalist design.If you like gold, glittery, and over-the-top watches, then the Braun line isn't for you. This watch represents a cultured lifestyle of design-oriented choices. The Braun looks good with casual apparel or with dress attire.The pure-white face is very unique, and can give it a slightly sterile look at first, but you will quickly warm to the sturdy Braun. The German watch movement and chronograph are precise (silent, too) and I've never had a problem with the timekeeping functions. It is also very lightweight, and I love the thin band and clasp. The face looks gorgeous at night in a brightly lit room. In the day, when outdoors, you can often see a reflection of your surroundings in the glass.It isn't very showy, so there's a lot of people who don't notice it. But the ones who do truly appreciate the beauty of it's simplicity will fall in love with this watch, and you will feel a subtle alignment of ideology.The only negative thing I will note about the watch is that the (aluminum?) ring surrounding the watch face seems to scratch quite easily, so be careful with what you knock it against. I also wish it had an night-glow function (like Timex Indiglo), to complete the focus on perfectly executed function by design.

Comfortable, thin, lightweight watch that looks good with a suit, a bathing suit, or backpacking around the world. I've worn it in each of those situations. The strap is a little smelly after exposure to sweat and water, tho. Very happy with the purchase.

This is really a great watch and band set. Very stylish and has a timeless classic design thaT looks more expensive than it really is.Really happy with purchase and reactions from other watch wearers.Two items I didn’t expect:- battery life is shorter that what I had expected- wrist band started to smell from sweating and getting wet. Really no way to clean and deodorize

Nice watch, but the band seems to be not well put together and i am pretty sure it won't last everyday use for very long. Unfortunate because like i said it is a nice watch. Low quality band.

Been looking for a watch for a while.Tried the bigger N95 model. It is just too big for my wrist.This model is not made in Germany but I still love it!

This is a decent watch, and the styling is great considering the price. However, the quality of the leather is the lowest of the low. I've bought this watch just over a month ago and the leather on the strap has already started splitting. I'd consider budgeting another $50 or so on a quality Hirsch strap when you buy this Braun watch.

This has become one of my 2 go-to watches. Great design and wearability. Only con is that I wish the case was a little larger -- thinness is a plus.
