We have had two previous different "treadmills" for our hamster. One was mounted to the side of the cage, was large and would wobble and make a huge racket. The next sat on the bottom of the cage and our little friend would always move it around so it hit the side of the cage. Both noisy. This one is quiet enough that at 6 feet away you need to look at it to know if the hamster is running. Perfect fit for our smaller home.

Bought this after our wooden one got too gross from the hamsters using the bathroom on it. We wanted a plastic one that was easy to use. It's not the quietest wheel we've had, but definitely not crazy loud. Easy to clean, which is what we wanted!

The design of the attaching fixture has changed! Buyer beware. I bought one of these a couple years ago and loved the plastic screw fixture. Wouldn't rust and the screw and cap attachment was perfect for my mouse home. But when I bought a new one recently, the fixture was completely different. The attaching mechanism no longer works for my cage. If the product doesn't match their pictures, they need to change their pictures. That's just a careless seller. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

My hamster Alex loves it. His old one the cage came with broke so I had to buy a new one. It broke at the piece that keeps it on in the back, but I don’t have to worry about that with this one because it screws it. Took a few minutes to figure out, and it was a bit annoying, but it’s so quiet and I don’t have to worry about waking up to the noise.

This wheel is good to get if you hate hearing the noise from your little rat running in the middle of the night .Good quality

I bought this not knowing about the size hamster need a week to be my robo loved it but kept flying out of it .so I bought 10inch silent spinner it was huge but fuzzy has no problemRunning on it. And no longer use this .but it was good just to small

The media could not be loaded. Update:I've had this a few months now.Floof weighs a whopping 3oz.You can now hear her running from outside of the house. Yes I've tightened the attachment to the cage, all that. But it has gotten steadily louder every night. Like, it keeps me awake and she is on the other side of the house. This is ridiculous.Original:I mean, apparently my newest floof is an Olympic sprinter, so I might be biased. But yes, it is very quiet. You DO have to make sure you're putting it together and installing it correctly and tightly, especially if you have a cotton ball like mine. But it does run quieter than the traditional wheel with the big post. Also, there's nothing for the little puffball to chew on and break it (hence the new wheel), so big plus on that.But silent? No. Quiet, yes.

Works great and was easily attachable to our cage. Pretty easy to clean since it’s plastic. Dwarf hamster approved.
