This is a very useful product after the first 2-4 weeks post-surgery. As opposed to the version of this item that has hook and eye/zipper closures on each side, this is smoother and more comfortable against the sides of the hips and thighs.I now despise the old version and use this one exclusively. Now that I am back to work and swelling at the end of the day is increased, the old zippered version caused discomfort where the seams hit my skin. I ordered two of these so I had one to change into each day while one was in the wash.I would not recommend this version to anyone too soon after a procedure as it can be difficult to pull up over incisions and sensitive skin. (Tip: pull the back side up first over your butt then work the front/sides in.)Lastly - use the size chart! It will not match your actual clothing size, but it will fit properly and do its job - which is to compress the area and give it support to reduce swelling and develop the proper shape post-surgery.

I purchased this garmet because it was the same brand that I was sent home with after my tummy tuck. I had shopped around for a second one and boy do prices very. I bought a less expensive one and found that it was just that, less than. I returned to marina and purchased. I will have to wear this 24 hours a day for at least 6 weeks and decrease the hours over time. So quality and comfort are important.The delivery time was quick, quality excellent. Well worth the price. Fabric is comfortable, even in warmer weather. The support was perfect for my tummy and thighs, Eyelets are comfortable padded away from skin. Zipper was easy to use as well. Crotch opening made for plenty of easy access for toiletting the first few weeks when all movement is painful . Making putting on and taking off very difficult.Highly recommend this product.After all it is the one my surgeon uses......

This product is very helpful in recovery from surgery. Easy to fasten, before zipping. Material is soft & seams are not bothersome. Very supportive. I have tried a lot of compression garments and this one is the best!

Are use this for recovery after Lipo. I found that after two weeks the swelling had gone down enough where I needed a smaller size. I like the fact that this is black and has zippers on the sides. Plus, it is much more attractive than the one I was given post op. You get two in your order so it was a very good deal.

This garment fits me and is perfect for my shape after tummy tuck but it rolls down from my stomach down so it becomes uncomfortable to wear all day!
