Great knife!
I have carried a Victorinox Swiss Army pocket knife with me since I was 15 years old, I’m 70 now and I still carry one around. When I saw the bread knife I knew that was the one I wanted and I was right it. It cuts quickly, it makes straight cuts and stays sharp!

Good knife.
My wife is a professional Garmashie and only replaces this knife about every three years. Good product

Great for sourdough!
This knife is great for cutting through the thicker crust of sourdough. It is better than other serrated knives I have tried. I don't know what Fibrox is but the handle is comfortable and overall length of blade and handle is good.

the best knife for fresh baked bread, hard cheese and watermelons
this is my second: the best knife for fresh baked bread, hard cheese, and ... watermelons. (not kidding). serrated edge goes through the crunchiest of the bread crust and thick 10-15 pound watermelon rind.

Good but not a sourdough solution
It cuts, but I didn't find it superior to my name brand bread knife that struggled to cut through fresh sourdough. Sourdough is a unique animal because of the thicker crust on the bottom and frequently on the top and while I had hopes that this blade would be more effective, I did not find that to be the case. I will be looking for some machine assistance to power through these crusts.

PERFECT!
Amazing knife! exactly what I wanted for fresh bread. It creates so much less crumb mess than what i had been previously using. Super Sharp! I accidently cut myself while washing it the first time so i purchased a blade brush to save myself from further injury. This is my third Victorinox knife. It is my birthday gift to myself each year. I only have one or two left for my collection.

Great knife, and very versatile
Like other knives in this collection, this is an amazing value - easily outperforming competitors at much higher prices. This particular model is one of the better bread knives I've used at any price point. Well balanced, not forward weighted at all. Comfortable, easy grip even with wet hands. Slices thru a hard, crusty ciabatta with the same ease as a delicate tomato. In fact, it's my preferred knife for tomato slicing. Easy to clean and well worth the price.

Amazon perfetto come sempre
