Cella Shaving Cream Bio, 150 g

Really nice , fragrance is not too overpowering and it produces a nice lather which after using door a while you can find the right consistency, nice smooth shave and enough on the brush for a second pass, give it a go you’ll be pleasantly surprised 👍

I had been curious to try this soap and it was at a great price so I decided to pull the trigger on purchasing it, making it my first shaving product purchased in a year since a jar of Martin de Candre. I am a very experienced wet shaver and have used too many soaps from commercial brands to artisanal and home made soaps. Both organic and tallow based soaps. I have to say that this soap was excellent, sometimes a soap with a glycerine base is a red flag but when the soap is well made and by a reputable company there is nothing to worry about and that is the case here. Performance was top quality and an effortless lather that was very slick and creamy was created. Excellent protection and glide from the razor, soap did not dissipate and a 30 second load gave more than enough for 3 or 4 passes with spare. The scent is very clean and soapy, most pleasant. If you're looking for a non tallow soap and an organic soap this is an excellent choice and very affordable, it certainly deserves to sit alongside its red tubbed older brother. Highly recommended.

No real scent but quick to lather in the container and then direct to face (no need for separate bowl) offers good protection, blades glide nicely over the face with no irritation

I have the one in the red pot and that's been reviewed recently, I give this another 5 star rating, pretty much the same as before but the smell is luxurious, it lathers up nicely and I quite enjoy shaving, it's always been a chore and more expensive years ago until I made the switch from Gillette and their extortionate prices. I used to be in the navy so had to shave on a daily basis. I now shave once or twice a week, sometimes 3 if the situation demands. Shave with the grain and then against after a rebrush with the foam. I love this, Cella make some very nice to use products and I am now fully invested in Cella, Proraso and Taylors of Old Bond Steet products, I'm sure there are others but right now, I love what I have and use.......

Beautiful smell and produces fantastic lathers. I love the almond one, however the smell gets a bit boring after a while using it everyday as does everything. However I Love love love cella, it’s a classic. Great for all skin types even if you suffer from sensitive skin as do I. Great buy at such a small price. In my opinion you can’t get much better than this. Not for its lathering abilities, price and protection

This product is creamy and perfumed, leaving a healthy aroma after shaving. To be recommended!

First time using this brand, good shaving cream, nice smell easy to lather.

I decided to give this a try as don't like the Eucalyptus scent of Proraso. It's a similar 'croap' type and as the tub is too small for lathering I used a scoop in a separate bowl. It produces a good lather with a pleasant scent. I thought I had a good shave, but was surprised to see several micro dots of blood on my face a few minutes later. I was using the same blade/razor as my previous shave so am not sure why this happened, but did notice another reviewer had the same issue. Hopefully this was a one-off and I'll give it another go with a different razor in a week or two. *Update: I gave it another try in conjunction with the matching aftershave lotion and I'm still a bit underwhelmed by both. They're OK, but nothing special and there's better options available for the same or less money.

The scent is really fresh and sophisticated and lathers up very easily. Also slick and provides good cushioning, highly recommended to pair with the matching aftershave balm as well as aftershave lotion.

Rasiercreme die ich bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt benutzt habe. ** An alle Damen die sich aktuell mit dem Thema Rasierhobel beschäftigen und Herren welche eine neutrale Rasiercreme suchen, denkt nicht lange nach, diese hier ist genau euer Geschmack! *** Im Einsatz waren bzw. zum Vergleich verwendet: Cella Mandel (Rot) Proraso Sensitive (Weiß) Proraso Sandelholz (Rot) Taylor of Old Bond Street (Platin) Geruch: Dezent, natürliches Aloe Vera Aroma. Duftet sehr leicht, frisch und vitalisierend. Auf der Haut: absolut unaufdringlich. Keine Frische durch Menthol oder Irritationen durch ätherische Öle. Samtiges und glattes Gefühl beim Auftragen, während der Rasur und danach - Ein Traum. Super weicher und geschmeidiger Schaum, mit hervorragender Gleiteigenschaft und Rückfettung der Haut. Aufschäumen: Die Rasiercreme lässt sich unter Verwendung von recht wenig Wasser sehr dick schäumen, unter Zugabe von Wasser wird der Schaum natürlich dünner, darunter leidet aber keines Wegs die hervorragende Gleiteigenschaft - besonders nützlich bei Problemstellen oder wenn es ins Detail geht, eben da wo man gerne ein Auge darauf hat! Verbrauch: ich fasse mich kurz, ungeheuerlich Ergiebig! Es reichen 5-8 Umdrehungen für eine Teilrasur mit 2 bis 3 Durchgängen. Anmerkung: ich verwende ein Silberspitz-Dachshaarpinsel und ein Porzellan-Tiegel zum aufschäumen und auftragen der Rasiercreme. Ich kann das aufschäumen einer Rasiercreme nur ans Herz legen, erst hierdurch entfaltet diese ihre volle Kraft, wenn man das so nennen mag.
