Love this product...not much else to say. The forced-action squeeze-bottle design is far superior to the passive, gravity ones and the mixture in this is highly recommended by us. We did the 'home recipe' version before we got this...this really is worth the extra you pay for it. Far less sting, dissolves quickly...good stuff.

I've been using the Neilmed products for some time now & have found the sinus rinse packets easy to use & the saline solution very comfortable with no burning. I have even used the packets to make a solution to irrigate wounds instead of using peroxide.

Product is good but this is a pack of 4. I bought by mistake and now I can't return. Needs to stand out that you are buying 400 not 100.

I purchased these sinus rinse packets at the recommendation of my allergist. I followed the directions carefully and used them in conjunction with the NeilMed sinus rinse system, but developed an extremely bad sinus infection. I ended up getting rid of the packets as well as the rinse system. When I told my regular doctor about my experience and had to get antibiotics to get rid of the infection, he said that he wasn't surprised that I developed an infection because no matter how much you let the rinse drain out of your nostrils and even lean your head down to your knees to drain the sinus cavities, not all of the water from the sinus rinse will be drained out of the sinuses and you can develop infection. So.....from my experience with this system, I recommend NOT buying the packets!
