This was honestly no good it did not fit the gun properly it hung out the back and it looked terrible I had to return it for a refund

Except maybe for the pivot being a roll pin, the sight is great, however, the Glock factory-height front sight was not tall enough to get a good zero with my Glock 17, so that part of the ad is not true. With the LPA sight as low as I could get it, I was still hitting 2" high at 50 feet. To get a proper zero, I needed a 0.190" high Dawson Precision front sight, which is about perfect. Even if the stock front sight did work, it's too fat for any kind of precision shooting anyway.Unlike most adjustable rear sights for Glocks, you don't need a crazy-high front sight, so you can still use most common holsters, without the front sight scraping the inside of the holster. The TPU32GL18 rear sight hangs off the rear end of the slide by about a quarter inch, similar to the old Bo-Mar BMGL sight.The white outline is probably the only thing that Glock got right when it comes to sights.EDIT: The LPA TPU sight has been on my primary competition pistol for about 2 and half years. It is holding up well, and must hold a zero well, because I can't remember the last time I adjusted the sight, and most likely I was adjusting because I changed bullet weight from 115 to 147 grain.
