365 by Whole Foods Market, Organic Peppered Beef Jerky, 3 Ounce

I purchased two packs of these for someone who is a beef jerky connoisseur and they absolutely loved these. I ordered five more packs. The taste is fresh and delicious with just the right texture. I appreciate that this jerky is organic from grass-fed cows.

The flavor is great ! Very tasty! And the jerky is NOT hard and dried out.

The texture was inconsistant i the bag... so there woupd be tough chews that took a full minute to get chewed enough to swallow... than there where insainly tender bits that all but melted in your mouth. The flavor was good. I actually like a jerky I have to chew on.Only improvement request is that a specific consistancy is acheived at some point.. maybe market it as chewie batch or tender batch etc.

I ordered and received a flavor called 'peppered,' but it tasted very off. Not peppery, but more like vinegar. I read the ingredients and for some reason soy sauce is the next ingredient behind beef. That's baffling to me.I don't like sweet and sour beef jerky, which is usually the one with soy sauce. The product name is deceiving. This is not a pepperd flavor.

Likes: the meatiness and texture.Dislikes:- too salty and the saltiness gets to me after eating 3 or 4 pieces. So I won't be buying again.- From a keto perspective, this has 5g added sugar per 28g so not great.

To hot for me to eat

The most organic beef jerky I could find and it's available on market. That's what I liked.

My son loved it just as much as a big name brand stuff
