I have the Safety 1st Alpha Omega Elite and this bag worked great. The fit is snuggle but I was able to get the car seat in without any issues. Hope that helps.

Q: Does this have straps to make it a backpack, too?

No it doesn't. We found it very awkward to roll and end up returning it.
