It's a quality product with a loop hole. It doesnt really have an arm. So here is the problem... I was looking for a beach cover up and I bought this and said well maybe it will work. But when the wind blows I spent the time curling up to make sure my new cover up doesn't leave me uncovered. Maybe stich up the sleeves would be a quick fix...
