It just works
I was hesitant to try anything Miracle gro brand as I've heard many things about them as a company and Thier products but I saw this was organic so I let go of my judgements and gave it a shot. Oh boy did my plants take off. I had two pepper plants that were showing nitrogen deficiency and turning yellow. I fed them this and followed the recipe on box and within two days the plant bounced back and has been thriving since. Also all my tomato plants started flowering. Basically everything in my garden is thriving since switching to this. I was using a water soluble organic 3-2-4 fertilizer and it was just mediocre. This stuff is like plant steroids lol. Only downside is it is hard to dissolve so I use a little warm water and make a small batch and add to my gallon of water and it's much easier to breakdown. The smell isn't awful but it is a fertilizer so it's not gonna smell the best. I like how it works for all my plants and it's a great price point. And it performs well. All my plants are thriving again. Works well on my strawberry too.

Easy to use; good option when a water soluble mix is needed
This is a great alternative to the non-organic water soluble fertilizers. It takes a little more effort to dissolve compared with the regular Miracle Gro, and requires a bit of agitation, but it's not difficult at all to get it to fully dissolve. There is some smell, as you would expect from an organic fertilizer, but it's way less than other organics that I use. This is not my main fertilizer -- my go-to is a mix of 3 parts Garden-Tone and 1 part bone meal -- but there are occasions when a water soluble fertilizer is the better option. I'll continue to use other water solubles (especially Alaska Fish fertilizer) but this 9-4-12 NPK is a good option for the heavy feeders such as cukes, peppers, tomatoes and zucchini. A good value for the price especially when you can catch it on a price dip. 5 stars

Decent product
Seems to have helped with my indoor plants, but smell is a bit strong (definitely want to wash hands after using it.)

Did the trick
Standard for all my reviews: When reviewing products, I always remain objective and honest about the product or service. I always review with information that I feel others would like to know about the product as I always assume what I'm writing will influence for or against the purchase. I always try to go above and beyond surface characteristics and input into quality, value and application. Most importantly, I will always end the review with an answer as to whether I'd purchase the product again which I believe is the most critical question pertaining to the item. To manufacturers: Want me to review your items, just let me know! I have a smallish garden made up of 8-9 planters ranging from 3x3, 3x4 and 2x4. My garden was floundering this year and I couldn't figure out why. As it turns out, a couple of different problems, only one of which I could really fix mid-season and that was my fertilization program. After doing a bit of research I landed on the Miracle-Grow Organics All Purpose fertilizer in hopes of saving my small garden. In short, this along with a new water regimen including the purchase of a moisture meter has done the trick. Garden is a month behind but this solid fertilizer which is diluted into water has been very solid. As others have noted, it smells really bad. I mean, very bad and it throws a lot of dust so I highly suggest opening and adding water outside. It's not an issue other than you don't want to inhale the dust. Others have noted the solubility in that after mixing in water, some of the larger pieces tend to be left behind as 'sludge' in the bottom of your watering can. This hasn't been an issue for me as I use a can with a wider opening and I always use the hose end to stir the fertilizer as I'm adding the water. There is invariably some left over but it gets fully dissolved by the next use. To me, some are overreacting to the issue. What I care about is fertilization results and I have seen the results enough to keep using it. It's a weekly fertilizer and the small box does tend to go quickly but at $8 a box, I will only need two to get through the entire season with some left over. It's an 11-3-8 fertilizer so suitable for weekly usage. I've been pleased with the results and just ordered another box to finish up the season. I haven't tried other fertilizers as I like to stick with what works and I'll likely keep using this Miracle-Gro product.

Best stuff!
Ordered just to try! Wow!!!! I have never used a product that made such a dramatic change on sad, unproductive bell pepper plant and an okra plant that looked like they were sure to die soon...After a few weeks of using per directions, the plants began to dramatically change, by week three had a lot of new growth and blooms that actually produced peppers and okra..... Note: All my plants are in pots and i use his on my flowers plants also..It does stink!! But with the outcome i got, i will have to just get over it. Down side is cost and decrease in amount you get. More $ for less!!

The effectiveness of the product
The product is good however, it melts. This is my second purchase because the first box melted into one big clump, which was impossible to use. I used water to dissolve it, but it did not budge. It was like concrete, I had to throw it away. With this second purchase, I put the bag in a ziplock bag to prevent melting. I noticed that this product was starting to do the same thing, and placing it in a Ziploc bag stopped it. I gave it 3 stars because its habit of melting, making it useless.

Great Plant Food!
This is the best organic veggie food! Buying it on sale saved a lot of money as well. Makes plants grow really large and focuses on growing larger fruit instead of leaf growth, which is what you really need for fruits and veggies. It smells really gross but as long as it’s dissolved in water it’s fine.

I was recommended this by a gardener. Tried to buy it last year but the order got canceled, so bought it for this year. This stuff works great but it stinks, so if you are very sensitive I would recommend wearing a mask.

I love this fertilizer! You mix it in your watering can to feed, and it comes with a little measuring scoop. It has micronutrients on top of a good NPK ratio of 11-3-8, higher in nitrogen for helping to support optimal vegetative/foliar growth + it’s all organic-derived ingredients.

I water my tomato plants every day, and once a week, I add Miracle-Gro to the water. I have noticed a massive difference in how quickly my plants are growing since I started applying the Miracle-Gro. This is definitely a product that I will continue to use.

I bought this on a recommendation for growing chilli pepper plants. The high nitrogen content is supposed to be great for giving young plants a boost during their growing phase. Once my plants were at the stage where they needed fertiliser, I started using this is in small quantities and built up to to the full dose (for indoor plants) over a period of a couple of months. I've given it one star for ease of use, because it's a bit of a pain. The granules just don't dissolve well at all in water, which means they sit at the bottom of your watering can or clog the watering rose if you're using one. Less than ideal. As that's the case, I've taken to using a pestle and mortar to grind what I measure out, because I didn't want to risk burning my plants' roots with uneven concentrations of fertiliser. You have to do this pretty quickly as well, because once it's exposed to air it starts to go sticky! I've added some food-grade silica gel packets in with the granules in the box to keep them dry. It also smells pretty bad, but so does any other organic fertiliser and it's a small price to pay for happy plants! It's probably better suited to outdoor use than indoor to be honest. Results-wise, I did start to notice dark spots on my plants' leaves, so I think I may have built up to the full dose too quickly. I'd look to build up over a longer period next time. That said, next time I'd probably look to use a liquid fertiliser to save the hassle of having to grind granules! I've got a big container of chilli focus, so I'd probably use that instead and build up slowly. Overall though, I'm happy with the results and the plants have definitely flourished. Cost-wise, when I bought it on June 13th 2021, it cost £20.96. It's now October 21st 2021 and the cheapest option costs £67.99. At the price I paid, I think it was worth it, but there are better options out there that don't cost nearly £70.
