Love my new couch, beautiful. It's a black, manual sofa recliner. Although the assembly instructions are worthless, it was very easy to assemble (thanks to the courteous and helpful Amazon delivery drivers). It has LED lights with a light switch on the side of the sofa, a nice touch. Very comfortable, and it reclines all the way back (DISCOVERED that after having it a few days).It's not as sturdy as I would like but I understand why. The back has to be assembled to the sofa by sliding the 3 individual back pieces into their respective slots. Since the back is made of 3 individual pieces, it's not together/one whole piece which makes it a little un-sturdy to me.It did come with a small scratch on the middle back piece (I notice it but others don't) ..... I hope it doesn't tear and make a scene! I'll be keeping my eye on it.Overall satisfied with this purchased.

The material is cold, but that is to be expected out of leather or faux leather. Other than that the couch is absolutely wonderful. My husband is over 6 ft tall and it's just a tiny bit short for his feet to rest properly on the foot rest, but he still loves it and says that it is very comfortable.

I literally purchased this couch in October of this year and it already has tears through out two of the cousins. I'm so disappointed, very comfortable, pretty couch but I guess the quality is horrible. ☹️

I am by no means a small guy, i would definittly qualify as big and tall. This is a very nice couch, sturdy and comfortable. Upon arrival it was missing the chord for the lights but after contacting Ashley furnature mart they sent us the chord for free. Overall after 2-3 weeks its great. 5 stars.

We purchased this model couch locally in Las Vegas new , we decided we wanted a matching one a few days later and couldn’t find one locally so we ordered one through Amazon from Ashley Furniture. It was supposed to arrive in about two weeks, we tracked it using the app and it arrived in Georgia a couple of days later and remained there for about 3 weeks at which time we cancelled the order and received a refund. Several days later it appeared on our driveway without any notice of delivery. Dumped between our vehicles and the garage door. The box was in pieces have no idea when it was delivered either the previous evening or during the day sometime we didn’t go out front or leave the house all day . I contacted Amazon to inform them. I informed them that they needed to get it out of my driveway and that I was in no way going go through the process of returning it. It had several places that received damage in the shipping process. I was told not to worry about it and just dispose of it. We put it on the curb and it was gone the next morning. Several weeks later we were informed we were being recharged for the couch . I contacted Amazon and said they said I should dispose of it and after several minutes they agreed and said I would not be charged again. They said in the future I should take pictures to back up claims of this nature. I informed them I had taken photos. The same new model couch purchased a 6 weeks earlier was already showing signs of wear, within 3 months there was a permanent divot on one seat cushion where the seat materials were separating. The arm rest also was showing signs of wearing, after 6 months the headrest faux leather wss starting to disintegrate. Fast forward to 13 months later and that first couch purchased locally is gone . It was poor materials and from what I can tell poorly designed. It was not a comfortable couch for lying length wise on it was moderately comfortable as a recliner but after about an 15 to twenty minutes of sitting you would not be in a comfortable position and need to readjust your back. Overall this was a very not good couch . I do not recommend it on any level. It looks nice but is very impractical and poorly designed/constructed. I will not be purchasing anymore products from this company (Ashley Furniture). Luckily it only cost me about $800 instead of @$1600 to figure that out.

Just put the reclining sofa together, which took about 5 minutes. Sat down and simply love it. Very comfortable, easy to recline and the blue lights are a bonus. Definitely a great buy. Well worth the money as my husband and I are very pleased, so we ordered the loveseat too.
