Very Convenient
I love this product. They're like teabags. You put one in boiling water and a few minutes later you've got a base for soup or stew or whatever you're making.

Excellent!
Everything you need in one packet to make a simple anchovy broth. I used the broth to add to my pho recipe because I didn’t like my store-bought fish sauce. If you can’t read the Korean on the back, it basically says to put the pack in 800mL of water and boil for 10 minutes...at least that’s the gist of it.From what I’ve read online, before putting it on the burner to boil, it’s good to let the pack sit in the water for 20 minutes first. When you boil it, leave the lid off so the fishy smell goes away. Finally, don’t boil it longer than 10 minutes or the anchovies in the pack start to fall apart and affect the quality of the broth. The result I got was a fairly mild broth. Not too salty. Happy cooking!

respectable product
The ingredients are pre-measured, and enclosed in a sachet. This facilitates the process of infusion. The ingredients appeared to be relatively fresh, despite being imported. At the time of delivery, the expiration date of product was 8 months in the future.I brewed according to instructions on package. The result was respectable. No added salt.Even more savoury results with distilled or demineralised water, as opposed to hard tap water. For more savouriness, I added some instant dashi powder.Great as a soup base, or foras an accompaniment to noodles!

Great umami flavor
This is a very convenient pack of seasoning to make a traditional Korean anchovy/kelp broth. If anyone has watched any Korean cooking Youtube videos, there are quite a lot that use this brand. I have used it to make doenjang-jiggae and the flavoring is great. I just do a soft boil for about 10 minutes before taking the packet out and the broth is good to use.

a soup staple
These packs are the easiest way to get those base flavors you might be missing in your Korean soups and stews.

great taste resealable package
Just used this to make a basic korean stock for tteobokki. It has a nice fresh fragrance and seems high quality. The flavor is light and well balanced without tasting bland. I would use a little extra if i were making soup, maybe two packets instead of one for a stronger taste. I like this better than using chicken stock, it is more complex. I also love that the package is resealable.

Easy stock mix
This is a nice mix of different dried seafood & kelp for making Asian style broth. The only thing is they don't remove the head & innards from anchovies. I remove these so they don't make the broth bitter. Then I sealed up the bag again. Makes it so you don't have to strain the stock after cooking.
