works great and lasts a long time.

Good quality and functional
This is my second purchase of this. I left a hose attached to my first one during a freeze and it cracked. That was my fault; now I know better. Otherwise it works perfectly and seems very durable. Just don't let it freeze. I would happily buy another if the need arises.

update
bough two of these, one leaks a little and the other leaks like crazy! The valve can not turn completely, hence allowing the water to leak. Too bad, looks like it is well built but unfortunately, has poor quality control. Should make sure it works prior to sending it to customer...wasting everyone's time. Update: I change this from a 2 star to 4 star rating. This company try their best to correct thing. They contacted me multiple time so that they can re-send the item to fix compensate for the trouble. The new valve arrived and no leak. Looks solid...should last a while. 4 stars for the product and 5 stars for the effort of making things right.

Good for the short time it lasted - Good customer support
It was a good product for last Summer (2019). I disconnected it in the fall and brought it inside for storage. I just pulled it out and hooked it up. It's leaking (small spray) from a seam in the brass. I don't even understand how it split. It was working fine when I disconnected it last year. No way to repair it, so I'll look for a new one. *Update 5/29/20* IPOW customer support reached out to be and sent me a replacement. I updated the rating from 2 stars to 5 based on that customer support. Hopefully this one last longer than a year.

Quality control is poor. I suggest you buy & test from your local hardware store.
I bought two high-end hoses from Home Depot to attach to the male threaded ends of this splitter valve. One hose worked fine. The other hose leaked at the female connection to this splitter valve. I thought I had a bad hose. I went to the local ACE hardware store and bought another high-end hose and again, it leaked at the splitter to hose connection. I went to Lowe's and bought a super-high-end Never-Kink hose (which I own several of, and have never had a problem with) and also decided to spend $10 and buy a new splitter valve, JUST IN CASE. To make a long story short, I found that the splitter valve I ordered from Amazon and this provider was defective. All the hoses I bought were fine. In the photo I provided you can see that the thread pitch/count is different between the two male threaded outlet connections. Depending on how the photo is displayed, you can see how the top connection shows the threads as more flattened, while the bottom connection shows the threads coming to more of a point. Of the three redundant hoses I bought, they all sealed against the top connection that shows the thread as more flattened. None of them sealed on the bottom connection. FYI, I also used white teflon tape on the threads to ensure the seal. I'm sure 9 out of 10 times this product is fine, but I got the lemon and it cost me about $60 in additional hoses and about 2 hours of time in buying the new hoses, and returning them after finding out the defect was in the splitter I bought on Amazon.
