I've used android boxes for a while now and this has to be the very worst of the lot! It's slow, lethargic and drops from.the WiFi for no reason. Using apps like Netflix reminds me of Nokia phones when they first started accessing Internet as it's staggers and the ability to select options is dam near impossible

Great to modernise a tv, good price and easy to use

Great little box easy to use . Comes with kodi on but needs updating . It changes colours when in use .Remote makes clicking sound when pressing the button that can be annoying at times . The remote needs batteries .Sound is low on the box and need to turn it up via tv remote. The picture quality is great ,

I both this 363 days ago and had a problem, the device froze solid on the logo screen - no responses from the device and none of the videos on YouTube etc had a solution to resolve it.I messaged the vendor - got a response in under an hour with a solution that worked - the device is back up and running. Excellent customer service for this product.Many Thanks

The product seems to have some core issues 😔 for starters when on it intermittently goes blue screen may just be the cheap hdmi that came with box, might just be poorly made box. Most times when I use it I have to restart it because first time round it doesn't have sound. Then to top it all off, it's not particularly fluid for a modern box I expected better performance than the old ones I've been using but it seems to freeze a lot. Overall disappointing and the worst part is there appears to be no way of communicating with the seller to see if these are common issues or things I can do to resolve. Only option is to return it which I'd rather not go through the hassle....
