YUM 🍜
First found at Natural Grocer. The price point was higher on Amazon, at that time. Stoked for the price drop, currently. Appreciate the low sodium though still high. Use a half pouch and for me the soup is super tasty. As I’m use to eating less condiments. If want added spice toss in garlic and other fresh herbs from the garden or on hand saved through winter.Added veggies from the garden create a robust flavor and boost nutrition. Have tried lettuce (home grown is not like Iceburg. It’s darker green and tastes better). Spinach. Zucchini. Etc.Another plus, quality ingredients. Easy to heat. Filling. Great way to enjoy a snack or meal on a cool fall or winter day. Easy Peasy. For me this is important during renovating a property.Simplest way in winter to add ingredients for a quick meal, prepped ingredients from the freezer. Toss into a skillet to heat and add a little bronze. While the water heats. Add noodles to preferred cup or bowl.If a family meal add noodles to a Corningware type dish with lid. Heat water. Sauté veggies mela prepped in freezer. Even chicken. Whatever makes you happy.Pour water in with noodles. Top with lid. When noodles have had a few minutes to soften add veggies and other ingredients. If want to forgo the spice packet make your own spice flavor from the pantry. For me, Himalayan salt is robust with flavor. If roasted onion is added with a few other veggies should pop on the tongue.Add some of the broth to the skillet. Then, pour back into the soup to skim the flavor off.Hope this helped have a few ideas for delicious soup.

Excellent portion
Good portion. Noodles are good and broth is a little bland. However, I add mirepoix (dried). korean pepper flakes, and dried spinach leaves. Once done I add butter/margarine and add a slice of cheese. It was really good better than I expected.Side note- I used to add this to regular Ramyun too.

Flavorful and Health-Conscious
Crafted with organic noodles, they pleasantly surprised me with delicious taste and health-conscious approach. This ramen stands out as a flavorful and mindful choice for those seeking a satisfying noodle experience without compromising on their sodium intake. The reduced sodium content is a notable feature, catering to individuals who are conscious of their salt intake without wanting to sacrifice flavor. Despite the reduction, the Garlic and Pepper Ramen doesn't compromise on taste. The savory broth boasts a well-balanced garlic and pepper infusion, creating a robust and satisfying flavor profile that doesn't rely on excessive saltiness. The use of organic noodles adds a wholesome element to the ramen. The noodles have a satisfying texture, neither too soft nor too chewy, providing a delightful base for the flavorful broth. Knowing that the noodles are made from organic ingredients adds to the overall appeal, especially for those who prioritize organic and natural food options. The convenience of preparation is another positive aspect. The ramen cooks quickly and efficiently, making it a practical choice for a quick and tasty meal. The clear cooking instructions on the packaging ensure that even those new to preparing ramen can achieve a perfect bowl with ease but who uses the recommended instructions for ramen? I tend to use way less water than the directions command.

No Favor & Thick Noodles
Perhaps I’m just use to the cheap noodles but, these are not good at all. They don’t absorb any flavor, the flavor packet is bland. I also didn’t like how thick the noodles were. The one plus is they have significantly less salt than the cheap ramen at the grocery store.

Guilt free but also flavor free
For having 21% sodium I was expecting more flavor. I first sauted onions garlic and cabbage in oil with salt and pepper. Then added water noodles and seasoning. Honestly I couldn't taste much beyond water and some hints of the veggies. I had to add miso, soy sauce, and hot suace to have flavor. There really wasn't any flavor at all. Also the amount of noodles was not enough.I wanted to try these as an alternative to ViteRamen because those are a little pricey and come with the nutrition packet that I don't always want to use. Well I appreciate this ramen for being vegan and lower sodium. I will purhcase again as they did make noodle soup easier than from scratch and way healthier than normal ramen.Update after I consumed the whole box: yeah these have zero flavor. I may try another flavor. But also one package isn’t enough noodles. From what I can tell it’s good quality without taking the easy road of MSG, salt, dead animals, etc So I appreciate their approach.

Love that it's soy-free!
I looove Ramen but it is so hard to find soy-free ramen, luckily there are these! While they may be a little on the pricey side, to me they are worth it! I usually get the reduced sodium ones and then add salt to them because they are usually cheaper, which is silly but a dash of salt to me is worth saving a few dollars per case of these. These cook up well in the microwave and make for a pretty good quick lunch while I am at work. There are are 3 soy free flavors, this one (Garlic & Pepper), Asian Vegetable, & Ginger Lemongrass. This one isn't my favorite of the three but it goes well in the rotation so I don't get too bored of any one flavor.

No soy
Expensive, but no soy---so it works for me. To get around the sodium in the flavor packets, I use "Herb ox sodium free chicken bouillon" packets instead. This combo allows me to have my chicken ramen back!! Good texture, quick cook time. The packet of noodles seems a little smaller than usual, but it cooks up to be about the same as the old standard.

A healthier option
I am rating this high because it is one of the only options without insane sodium levels and it has fewer calories. Maybe it's because it's a smaller serving size, but yep I needed that. Does anyone ever split a ramen package into 2 servings? It's is not as flavorful as you are used to but if you dress up your ramen anyway with meat and veggies, this is a great base.
