If you are from NJ and been to Rutt's Hutt in Clifton you know their sweet green relish. This is a finer grind on the pickles, but it is the closest in taste I have found to their homemade relish. Less sweet with a hint of vinegar...outstanding hot dog relish! They call it mustard, but it is technically a relish.

This is a great German sweet mustard. It is impossible to find anything in stores that tastes anything like this. It is greaton Bratwurst and Bockwurst. You can even use it on hot dogs for a sweeter taste.

I have been looking for this mustard for a long time, ever since I had a trip to Munich many years ago. I had tried Weisswurst while in Germany, and it became a favorite of mine. I wasn't able to find the mustard upon my return home, since I didn't know what it was called.During a recent visit to Las Vegas, I stopped at the Hofbräuhaus restaurant to pick up some Weisswurst, and was reacquainted with Bavarian Sweet Mustard. I don't know for sure if this is the same manufacturer as the mustard used by the Hofbräuhaus, but it looks and tastes exactly the same to me.I have tried this mustard with other meats and cheeses, and it has been tasty on everything so far!Now I need to start making my own Weisswurst at home ...
