I am one of those people who had great results from the higher doses in most Berberine brands. I started with one that had a lower dose of about 200 mg, well it was too low. It claimed to have some kind of super absorptioin that made it more potent - nope, actually gained weight on that one. Then I tried a higher dose one that included royal jelly. It worked too good and gave me way too much gastro issues, so I started trying several other prands including a few claiming to be gentler on the tummy due to their lyposomal quality. Nah, they still caused some stomach upset and didn't work that well. Then I found this one. It is slightly lower in Berberine that the most effective, but also has cinnamon and other ingredients that I think actually work well together, and it works pretty well and has a lot less gastro issues. It's not perfect, I do have issues every one in a while, but no-where near as often. It's something I can tolerate as long as it's only once or twice a week rather than daily, and the scale is moving in the right direction again. I also take this with Fucothin and between them, eating healthy and working out, I have lost about 10 lbs of fat according to my smart scale, and I can tell. Cloths are looser and muscle is more defined. I had been working out 5-7 times a week for years, but all that did was maintain, not lose the weight that I put on thanks to menopause. Now I'm back to my pre-meno weight.

It works

I took took this product for blood sugar control and it seems to work. I take it after dinner because at end of day and at nightmy sugar spikes. In the morning drinking drinking water, Ive been able to remain under 100. Capsules sometimes have a bad taste but tolerable. I refuse to take blood sugar perscription meds for my "pre-diabetic" condition. Also I dont eat after 9pm

I ordered this product for my wife who is diabetic. Some time ago I had read in the medical journal of a well known doctor that berberine was one of the best natural substances to lower blood glucose levels. So when I saw this product under the Amazon health section, I ordered it for my wife and yes, using it as directed, it has been lowering my wife's glucose numbers. I have been very satisfied and positively impressed.Now it has been several months using this product and sometimes I have had to cut back to one (1) pill a day instead of two (2) as suggested because her glucose levels go too low. My wife has had diabetes for about thirty years. She is under doctor's care. She was using two different types of insulin to help keep her glucose levels in check. She is still under doctor's care, but we have been able to suspend one of the insulin injections and reduce the amount of the other. The only change that we did was to begin to use this supplement of Berberine/Cinnamon.

As soon as I opened the bottle I saw an empty capsule casing so I decided to count the pills. The bottle only had 55 and not the 60 that it’s supposed to have. As to whether it’s working I think it may be helping metabolize carbs better but I’ve only been taking it for about a week so I’m hoping for measurable glucose results the more I take it. But due to the capsule count I will buy a different brand next time. It’s not worth going through the trouble of returning for 5 missing pills but I will not buy this particular brand again.

These came in good condition and sealed. Easy to take and are tasteless. Should help me lose weight and more! Also I needed beberine for a supplement while healing my gut on the elimination diet and this had no fillers which most others had. And cinnamon! I feel like this will be recorded a few times at least. Also helps with blood sugar so might take at night so my levels stay steady through night. Good amount for the price too!

I've been taking this product for almost 3weeks and I had a doctor's appointment Monday and my pressure was down to 136/88 usually its 156/88. also my A1C levels went down as well. I've also changed my eating habits so I'm sure the combination of the two has really helped me. I will continue to take Berberine an do an update in 1 month when I see my doctor again. I don't want to take prescription drugs so I asked my doctor to let me continue with the berberine and he agreed. I dont miss a day!!! When I see my doctor again I want him to be amazed as I am. I've been fighting w HPP for awhile and i no 136/88 still needs to come down a bit but it's been awhile since I've seen those numbers. I jus bought a BP machine so I can keep track myself. So I will do an update😊
