The extended shaver works great. It does take practice. Using the wider attachment is a little hard on my skin, once I got used to it. It worked great. I would give it a 4 STAR. I did purchase three other items at the same time. The head shaver, the ear & nose trimmer, and the body groomer. The body groomer works good But it did pull a few hairs. So it too, requires practice. I would give it a 4 STAR. The nose and ear trimmer SUCKS ASS!!! Don’t buy.For that trimmer, don’t waste your energy buying it. It will disappoint. I would not give a 1 STAR. Later on I purchased some Bluetooth Wi-Fi smart tweezers, they work great with my cell phone for my nose and ear hairs, I can’t see.Next the body trimmer it works great while giving a good shave real close to your balls. Most of all it takes practice. So take your time. An electric shaver near my balls is kind of scary. Especially when it pulls a hair or two and it did. I would give the body trimmer a 4 STAR.Now for the complaints, you already know how I feel about the nose trimmer. Next The head shaver I used it once, Then it died and never worked again and that sucks because I liked it. I would give it a 4.5 STAR. But It quit working so a 1 STAR, unless you have a head trimmer that keeps working then it’s a 4.5 STAR.Well, I hope the company MANGROOMER. Takes care of me on their platinum pro edition’s. If not I’ll never change this post. But I was told that if you have a problem, man-groomer wants you to contact them directly. So they can take care of it for you. I don’t know. I will give it a try. I only ask because I am over my return time with Amazon. Like I was only going to use the head shaver twice a year. But after the first time I used it, it died. After allI bought the Platinum Pro Edition by Man-Groomer shaver and trimmers. So I expected it to work as advertised it was the best they had.I will post a new statement if they take care of me as a loyal customer. Thank you. Good luck.

Works exactly as advertised!

Great shaver. I like the adjustable handle that allows me to get to the hard to reach places on my back. I used to have my wife help me shave my back but no longer need to with this shaver. I also like that it is rechargeable and has multiple shaving heads and a storage bag. Great price on a great shaver.

Terrible quality, cheap silver plastic construction, bad electronics. New out of box only the wider head would actually cut hair and then only on the push stroke, not by pulling. The narrower had the teeth set such that it would leave bloody scratch lines even without much pressure. After only a handful of uses the power switch would not work without multiple presses and it stopped charging reliably. About 10 total uses and it's in the trash.

I appreciated their urgency with a rapid response and the resolution to my concern.[Original review - 2 stars]Stopped working 1 yr & 7m after purchase-I had the highest hopes for this product & reviewed it diligently before purchase. While I didn't like the quality, I stuck with it because it did the job. Last week the unit didn't start even after letting it sit until fully charged. The battery makes knocking sounds when shake the unit so assume it's dislodged or something else. Either way, I'm not going to make another job for myself and field strip it to determine the issue. I'm in the process of contacting the company since it's still 2 years within purchase.

This thing is great! I’ve had others but this is far better, and the wider blade makes it much easier and quicker yo use.
