Ordered this as part of a christmas present to surprise my mum with a trip to see a musical, unfortunately due to strikes with royal mail it didnt arrive in time but the seller was more than happy to refund me even though this was no fault of their own. The product has just arrived and it is such a shame it didnt arrive on time as it would have been an amazing way to announce the surprise to my mum! The quality is amazing and the seller went out of their way to even print the logo of the musical on the ticket without my request as you can see in the photos! I will most definitely be a returning customer as this product is amazing! Thank you

Ordered these for my sons as we are taking them to watch a show as part of their Xmas present. They’re really lovely and the seller even adds a pic of wherever you’re going.Arrived really quickly too.

Not the cheapest out there but looks great and arrived quickly, the children were thrilled with it (ours was customised to show dates of Taylor swift concert) just sat staring in disbelief- also they thought the ticket was the actual ticket for the show

This was a Christmas present I’d bought a membership to Lego land for my grandson , didn’t want to just give him a voucher This was brilliant and they went the extra mile adding logos etc He grasped the concept straight away , he’s 5, but loves the Pola express film

Really nice idea. I was a little disappointed because I would have like it to be a bit larger. I wanted it for my little great child. I should have reordered one I really think it's lovely. I wanted it to present to my 3 year great grandaughter to present it to her for her amazing singing. But found it difficult to order. I've got till April when I hope to see her to try and reorder a larger one, but really nice idea, and staff really patient . But I just couldn't understand the ordering process.
