I used the product as an under helmet liner, went for a ride in Derbyshire and had to take it off from under the helmet, the general temp. was in the 30s and the balaclava was incredibly warm, it will be much better worn in cooler weather, I wear glasses and was always pulling them off with my helmet or knocking them about when putting on the helmet, the Balaclava kept them in place and made putting on the helmet easier, perhaps you could make one that is cooler in the warm weather

Already left a review here but after further testing I'm going to edit my review. This balaclava isn't great on a motorcycle, the underneath sits too close to the bottom of your eyes and gets in the way of your peripheral vision.

I use that for cycling and it fits the helmet on top just fine. Have also used it for ski. It's very good fit and leaves no space for the cold air to come in (even when I wear glasses). It can also be used in various modes as shown in the product pictures, which overall make this item very convenient. Have been using this for a couple of years and only problem so far is that part of the decorative stitching has been unravelled.

Got two for wife and myself and we are both impressed, been out in 2 degrees and provides great warmth and lovely silky feel, it takes a few goes to get used to the hinged design but is well worth it.. nice neck length for tucking into jacket

the face balaclava is a nice roomy size, when I first tried it on Being asthmatic I am very sensitive to smells and this needed a wash, it smelt of chemicals, its good and roomy round the neck, its comfortable to wear over the head or not. I would buy another if needed.. and I would recommend, we should wash new clothing any way in my own opinion.

Was worried it would be loose matereial but it has a light elasticity that allows a great fit however worn, I have composite helmet and have the nasty habit of liking the front up so this and my glasses helps with the insect and dust problems, as they say how can you tell a happy biker.... by the flies embedded on his teeth.

I use it for my exercise workouts to maintain heat, which is wonderful for me, but not so good for terrified hawkers who ring the door bell during my training sessions at home. This product will keep your head, face and neck warm, so for this I recommend it.
