Beautiful Balloons Ice Cream Pastel Rainbow Party Kit! Cups, Napkins and Plates!

What a lovely party set ! Want to say thank you to Debbie and her team. When the original package didn't arrive they sent out a replacement straight away. The original has since turned up. Amazing product and great customer service !

Bought for a baby shower and it looked so good! Fitted well into the theme.

When the package originally came, I reached out as I wasn’t happy. The cups consisted of double the amount of green, one tiny section of blue and pink with some white cups to make up the difference. Same with the plates, there was white plates and napkins to make up the difference and the napkins were also a variety of sizes. It just didn’t look anything like the pictures and descriptions and I didn’t think this was worth almost £30. I reached out to the seller who expressed sincere apologies and explained that there were some ongoing shipment and resource issues but wanted to make it right. With that being said, it took a few weeks but I have been sent another complete package for free which looks exactly how I originally imagined it should look and the company has even thrown in some beautiful pastel balloons and pastel ribbon as an apology. I am happy with the customer service I received and my final product. Thank you so much :)

Order for a birthday party. Didn’t get the right colours at first and some of the same colour cups weren’t the same tone. Apart from this they were good quality.

Everything that was meant to be yellow (apart from serviettes) was provided white. Other than that, all fine.

Perfect for my daughters pastel party, no mint green napkins but 2 baby pink packs instead. All other colours were there. Very happy and good delivery time. I will use this company again.
