Rothco Flightsuit – Mens Pilot Coveralls – Costume Cosplay Jumpsuit

The flight suit appears to be pretty well made. It has a lot of pockets on it so it’s got the right look for my Expanse cosplay. Just have to get some patches. Side note: I am a 5’ 9” tall, 185lb man and I purchased the Large size. It’s a little baggy but I think it can be tailored if I wanted to. I feel like if I had gone with a medium it would have been too tight in the crotch and shoulders so I’m happy with it overall.

I'm 5 ft 9 inches and 210 lbs and a large fit me just fine. Lightweight and inexpensive, works like a charm!

Super thin material. Weird shape. Comically weak seams. Velcro patch pad literally fell off under it's own weight.

Grandson loved it for his paintball defense weekend. Wore it all weekend.

I have a 42 chest and 34 waist, so I ordered a "large" size, as recommended. It was the right decision. It fits perfectly. Not too loose, not tight.Frankly, the quality of the coverall is better than I expected. The combination of polyester and cotton gives it a lightweight feel and appearance. I would have no problem with wearing it in public, not solely at home doing yard-work or crawling within my narrow crawlspace underneath my house, which is never a pleasant task.

Nice quality, but as others have stated...very small. I am 5'10 and bought the large. When zipped, it cuts uncomfortably into the crotch. Arms and legs were long enough, but the torso was very very short.There is no way anyone taller could sit or work in this. Otherwise, made very nicely. Color is as shown. Buy at least a size or two bigger for comfort.

It's light coveralls with extra pockets.Seemed cool, but made me feel like I work at Jiffy Lube wearing it.
