I love this pen, looks good, feels good and writes good. Space pen has always been a reputable company. i keep this pen in my glove box as it fits perfectly in the pen holder clips.

Pen arrived too late for Christmas even though I ordered it the first of Dec. Overall the pen is exactly as pictured. It writes great and can write on a variety of surfaces. The quality is great- it’s heavier than I thought it would be. The size is a like a regular pen and fits nicely in my pocketbook.

Just got this in the mail today! I can’t speak of longevity of it . However I can give you my initial thoughts.. great presentation packaging! Upon opening the RAW BRASS pops , absolutely beautiful pen! I have it here in the video next to my solid brass zippo for “somewhat of a comparison” The construction of pen seems to be of great quality! Although it is a little lighter than I thought it would be .. not necessarily a bad thing . I would say weight is good! It screws on and off to get to the refill with no hesitation. Clicking the top part of pen does not feel mushy as some others have said .. I clicked it in my video and you can see and hear the responsiveness of it . Writes very nicely! No complaints here! I would buy again and recommend to a friend! I will update as I use it more! Please note I’m a truck driver / laborer and very very hard on my pens.. I will update!

The Fisher Space Pen Cap-O-Matic in Chrome (M4C) is a nicely made pen. It feels comfortable in the hand, with shallow circles etched into the tip to assist the grip slightly. It fits my hand well and writes nicely. The ink flow is not as smooth and ink-heavy as I was expecting based on other reviews; however, it is certainly adequate and flows continuously without obnoxious starts and stops that leave gaps and force you to retrace letters. If you prefer really dark and heavy lines, more akin to what you would get from a fountain or felt-tip pen, this pen may write too lightly for you. The ink weight seems comparable to what you would get out of a common Bic disposable pen--with the key difference being that this one is pressurized to feed continuously and thus, will not run out when you write at a vertical angle or in cold weather. It also does not skip on semi-glossy paper the way that a disposable Bic tends to do (such as on restaurant receipts, which are often not very ink friendly). This pen seems to write on anything. Given its slightly shorter-than-usual size (about 3/4 the length of a Bic disposable pen) and its very convenient pressurized ink feeding, this makes a superb travel pen to pair with a Moleskin journal. I carry them with me whenever I travel away from home, since I often find myself wishing for a pen and paper to write down my thoughts or to leave a quick note for someone. All in all, a very nice pen at a good value. I wish the pocket clip were a little more flexible like pens that have a flatter (and thus, springier) metal band for the clip. I also slightly miss the bolder look of ink from a felt-tip pen or some gel ink pens, but the upside here is that this pen's lighter ink flow undoubtedly means it will last much longer, and it also is so much more versatile in terms of being able to write at awkward angles or on awkward surfaces. Recommended!

Absolutely wonderful pen. The raw brass has a smooth feel but doesn’t slip around in your hand. It is shiny right out of the package. After a bit of time exposed to air it begins to tarnish. The more you handle the pen the more its natural shininess comes out again. The cycle continues! Parker pens are great. Fine size for my small but fairly thick hands (size 12 ring). Ink is fine. Smooth enough writing experience. Clicker pen.

I prefer this cap-click method to deploy the pen over the conventional clicky-top pens for shirt pocket (pocket protector) carry as I am less likely to accidentally deploy the pen. The body of this pen is lightweight and along with the textured grip it is easy to grip in most conditions and write for extended periods of time. While the polished brass is nice, it is a smudge magnet, but I was aware of that before making the purchase. If you are in the market for something light and reliable, you can select this or any of the variety of models that Fisher has to offer.

Great quality. Tbh there are other pens I prefer but for the price & functionality this is a great pen. Also looks awesome in the raw brass. Fits my compendium perfectly as well.

Writes in any condition. Last a very long time. My wife says this is the best pen she has ever had.
