Incredible story! I am a big sw fan. This would be one of the things that I would recommend to other fans. The story was compelling. The artwork amazing. I have been reading the sw graphic novels for years. This is my favourite.

this books collects some of the best darth vader comics, about four of them,and all of them have outstanding art and an even better story. i highly recommend this for people who lime to dive deeper into the story than meets the eye. it may not look attractive at first wht with the way the cover look and all, but it has a deep storyline that i really enjoyed.:)

I’ve been reading comic books for only a few years, but these two Vader compilations are some of the best. The art is beautiful even when it is almost frightening. The stories are well paced and make sense. Really worth a read if you like Star Wars or comics

I recommend this to anyone who loves Darth Vader, and to anyone who enjoys following a villain narative. Lots of mystery and horror, and even RATHER Spiritual.

Covering the period between Revenge of the Sith and Rogue One this is even better than the first volume. Taking you right up to the start of Rogue One this volume takes you on a journey that fills in the blanks and dives deeper into the bad characters you love. Vader is completely on point from the perspective of a fan of the original trilogy and Rogue One (with the rest of the films being disappointments of varying magnitude). This does NOT disappoint.

I really like getting more background on what Vader was up to between the Prequel Trilogy and Original Trilogy. There’s a severe lack of the unstoppable force that is Vader, and this fills some of that void.
