Love, Love Love this costume. Super cute. Fits my daughter to a T! She is petite for her age (6y/o) the small was perfect for her. Comfortable enough to walk around for trick-or-treating. Would be difficult to play in- because of the slim fit. The first one we bought came with a tear along one side seam. We did the return and the new one came. I missed the opportunity to return the torn one because of hurricane Irma. Things were crazy for our family, so I was charged for the 2nd one. Hoping tp contact the company, now that we're pretty much back to normal and I've found the box with the torn one.

I bought this for my two year old (will be 3 in one month) and I made sure to read the reviews before purchase about the sizing. Got her the size 4-6 small and it fits great. The tail hangs longer in the front but that doesn't bother her much and it is shaped like a dress behind it. The fabric seems to be of good quality, it is a little stretchy and it is a beautiful design. We got the blue one and overall we are very happy.

Beautiful costume and my daughter loves it but it runs very small. Well, let me elaborate - perhaps it doesn't run super small but when it runs small and is that tight then it winds up being very tight.We bought it to be used as a Halloween outfit (which we will still do) but we may have to put a small slit up the side to make it easier to walk.The dress definitely won't last long after Halloween as a dress up outfit since it is SO tight and the seams are rather flimsy. To even get into the dress I had to help my daughter and go very, very slowly. It was rather a funny situation but frustrating for my daughter.This fits a lot like a Jessica Rabbit dress. TIGHT.

This costume is beautiful (looks just like picture), rips easily around the arms and head due to the thin mesh fabric, and runs 2 sizes small. My daughter was a 4/5T when I ordered the 4-6 size. I read the other comments about the sizing running small, but the 7-8 was sold out, so I hoped for the best. She was able to just barely fit it for her school performance and the arms were torn and shredded by the end of the two hours she wore it (during which she only walked a short distance in it and stood still in it during the performance). Good while it lasted and very pretty, just not durable and sizing is quite off.

This costume is much nicer than mermaid costumes costing twice as much. The details (netting, etc.) really stand out. I order the medium, since everyone said it was a tight fit. My five year old wears a size 7 and this fits somewhat loose in the torso (which is fine since Halloween IS four months away). My only GRIPE is that it is waaaaaaay too long (my daughter is tall!). I wish they made these costumes a top and skirt so that more body types could be fitted. I will have to spend money to get it adjusted, but I still think this costume is worth it. (p.s. Her newborn brother is going to be a crab, ala Ariel's "Sebastian")

Very nice costume but I was disappointed based on the fact that… it had a small rip which eventually turned into something huge.

It was cute but in my opinion, it wasn't well thought out and very cheaply made. As soon as we opened it we saw that there was a hole on one of the sides under the arm. My daughter loved it so much that it would have broken her heart if I would have sent it back so I ended up sewing it up myself (although that defeats the purpose of buying it). Plus there was a split in the back that we didn't expect and it ended up ripping as she walked throughout the evening and she's pretty easy on her clothes.....all in all, it served the purpose but I wouldn't buy it again.

We were very nervous it wouldn't fit, due to comments of it being a very small fit. So we went up a size, and got a small. It came intact everything beautifully folded. As I open it it says "3-4" which freaked me, because we got the "U.S. 5-6" then I notice it also says "U.S. 5-6"(confusing) as I take it out, it looks small. But thank heaven that my tot is petite for her age so it fits beautifully! The tail is long, and hard to walk in. But I taught her the good ol" kick..step...kick...step" move, it makes it a ton easier for her to get around in. She will be using it for Halloween so we are gonna put it away for now. Overall for the price we paid I am super satisfied.

Granddaughter loved this. Wore it daily Stands up to her play and easy to wash.

Little pricey for the quality delivered.
