I upgraded from a wireless Logitech G930 because they were entirely too quiet because some stupid EU law that affects everyone (Even using older and better software that used to have more features and was louder). Anyways, the upgrade was definitely worth it, these are so much louder i can actually hear footsteps and other sounds much better and clearer. I am not sure if there is software i can download i will check hopefully you can play around with an eq on PC but as is it still has good sound. The battery life is incredible as it charges fast and holds a charge for days about like my wireless mouse. I dont particularly care for the USB to USB-C long dongle for PC use though it is nice to have so you can use with Nintendo and Playstation and I assume Xbox consoles and i think maybe phones but mine didnt come with an auxiliary cable but the headset does have an aux port. Oh and the volume and mute and power buttons are easy to reach. The removable microphone is an okay feature. But i really wish that it folded up as well or was designed more like the arctis 3 and up. I may decide to upgrade to a 3 in the future im not sure yet but as long as you dont loose the microphone or usb dongle you are fine. Also the mic output is good but not exceptional or anything. Lastly the comfortable breathable ear cushion stays cool and doesmt have fleather fake leather crap material that ends up coming off and sticking to your face like many headsets like to use, so glad i no longer have to deal with that. The headset cancels noise pretty good as well. Also lightweight and seems sturdy enough. Overall its a great headset, my main concerns or dislikes with it are the detachable microphone and i feel the ear cushions could be slightly bigger for my earlobes(not a big deal) but the breathable soft cool material makes it comfortable for 6-8+ hours of use makes up for that. Mostly wish the microphone was just designed differently! And hope i dont lose it, just have to keep it attached or on my PC desk and wont be an issue. 💙🖤👽🖤💙

For the price these headphones are amazing and they have surprisingly good noise cancellation. The way this company designed their bluetooth to be able to make it cheap still amazingly effective. As expected it has problems transmitting through walls and large objects but it was well expected and it goes very far for the price. These headphones have their own bluetooth device that plugs into the computer through a usb slot with a ending with a nintendo switch plug to make it worth with both PC and easily plugable into a nintendo switch for hands on play. The headset actually has a really long battery and charges pretty quick and the wire provided for charging, while not providing a actual outlet, is actually long enough to be easily convenient and even to be used while charging on the computer and not feel restricted by the wire length. These headphones fit (at least for me) comfortably around my ears and were a relief from my last pair of headphones that just went on my head loosely. My only qualm with these headphones is that they are not compactible with my smart phone wirelessly because of the way that it is bluetooth. The headphones do come with a wire that connects to the headphones but it is a smaller price to pay for headphones that I would have been convinced were brand new if they arrived in a commerical box and not plastic wrapping. Another problem actually is that these were sort of confusing to set up as I had to look up a manual as one was not provided and they wouldn't work until I installed the engine provided for free on their website which synced the headphones to my computer. This wasn't needed for the switch although and if wanted the engine provideds plently of customization options with the headphones. Highly recommended and delightfully surprised at the quality as my previous wired headphones broke after long use from the wire actually breaking off inside of the cord..

Been wanting/needing a better headset to use for my general computer and computer gaming use, since my other headphones felt too heavy and also too warm (for being faux leather ear pads). So far these are working well for me. Decent audio quality and relatively comfortable. I like that the mic is removable so I can take it off when not in use.Only downsides are, it's a bit loose on my head but maybe it's made for larger heads, and also it came with a really strong cologne-like smell. I can deal with headphones being a bit loose, but the smell on the ear pads is difficult for me to deal with, as I'm very sensitive to smells and colognes/perfumes give me headaches. I don't know if this pair of headphones was handled by someone wearing copious amounts of cologne (when being packaged), or what, but it's really bothersome. I'm going to need to wash the ear pads by hand I guess.EDIT 5/26/23After roughly a week and a half since washing the ear pads (by hand with a bit of laundry detergent in a bowl of water) and having vigorously rubbed down the headband with white vinegar and rubbing alcohol, the ear pads barely smell anymore and the headband doesn't smell much anymore though I still occasionally catch whiffs of the original scent, but that'll fade with time and it was gone enough.Also I'd like to reiterate that this headset is rather loose on my head and tends to slip and slide around. I don't know if I have a smaller head or if this is just made for bigger heads but I wish there was a way for it to fit a bit more snugly on my head because it sorta bugs me after a while of wearing it and having to frequently re-adjust/position it (also depending on the way I'm sitting in my seat and have my head tilted) but that's just me.

I read a few of the negative reviews regarding purchasing a refurbished set of these headphones yet still took the plunge for Amazon's great return policies and my having bought and loved a few Steelseries products in the past - I couldn't be more delighted!I spend a lot of headphone time on my phone with YouTube and games but ESPECIALLY on Smule Sing? The sound and microphone is super crisp and OH SO SWEET! LOVE IT! Now I gotta pick up my vocal game on Smule because you can hear every note super clear! ANOTHER STEELSERIES TRIUMPH!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 STARS! THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY SMULE EXPERIENCE STEELSERIES! I won't win a Grammy, but I can at least sing like I've got a pro system now! 😅💦♥️

Son muy cómodos tienen buena calidad de sonido les falta un poco de volumen pero a cambio te ofrecen un confort muy bueno las almohadas son de tela así que son frescas y así pases largas horas no te cansan la batería dura más de lo que aguantas jugando y viene con todo lo necesario ya que también tiene entrada de 3.5 mm muy buena compra, pd: no tienen nada de retraso con la consola.
