Excellent value, good product.

Very good product. I like the fact to take once a day. I take some apple with it since good bacteria likes to feed on. Good price. Recommend it. I just hope that is available all the time for continual supply.

Whist these tablets are good, I'm not sure if can provide much more gut goodness than a spoon of yoghurt can, but on paper at least the amount of bacteria in this is pretty good, which makes it decent value.

I am in my 50s and had started to notice that different foods could upset my stomach sometimes.I have quite a stressful job and was also noticing stress was affecting my stomach.I was recommended to these by my boss. I've been on them now around 18 months and haven't looked back AT ALL.As you have to keep them in the fridge they aren't any good when travelling. I change to a different one when on holiday that doesn't need to be kept refrigerated but they are so much more expensive and do exactly the same things for 3 x more money. Stick with the Bio culture's when at home.Initially they do make you a bit more windy but that soon settles.

Do everything they should do

I have no spleen and therefore need to use an Acidophils product as I have no good‑bacteria in my digestive system. I have been using this product for quite some time now and I seem to be fine, which is excellent!

Easy to swallow and my digestion is so much better

This looked like a good combination of probiotic bacteria, and good value, but I found no benefit in their use after several weeks of use
