I set this on the counter near my cookstove burners when cooking smelly foods. Clears the fish smell as well as others.

I purchased this air purifier over 4 years ago for a laundry room where I keep my cats litter boxes. It ran 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for 4 1/2 years until it just died. This is my 2nd Febreeze purifier and still a great purchase. The scent cartridges along with the filter keep my laundry room fresh with no cat litter smell at all. It is not whisper quiet and has the noise level of a small fan but it works and that was my only requirement. I highly recommend this for fellow pet owners looking for a way to keep your homes odor free!

This is my 5th air purifier I have bought for my room.Buying these there is always something about them which I do not like.They are either to loud,take up to much space,have expensive filters,have hard to find filters or generally don't clean the air to well. With the Febreze air purifier I think I have finally found one that I'm happy with. I'm gonna start off with the con first because that is really the only thing I don't like about it. It does tho do every other thing so well I can over look it. What I don't like about it is that its not really a tabletop. I put a pic up of it next to my true air purifier and this really dwarfs it and I can't really imagine putting this on your desk especially if you are someplace like work where it will be used.Now on to the good stuff.First its not loud at all compared to the other ones I have used and has 3 speed settings.The scent cartridge is very powerful.The reviews I have read on this says it isn't but I actually think its too powerful even on its lowest setting.The replacement filters are very cheap compared to my other ones.Main reason I stopped using my previous air purifier was because how expensive the filters were. What I also like is that you can buy the filters at Walmart instead of having to order them online.It says the filter lasts about 4 months but we will see.Another thing I like about this is that it sucks air from the front and shoots it back out the top. I wish all of them did this.Most suck in air through the front and send it back out to either the side or rear instead of the top.Not really a negative it came with a coupon for the filters and scents but the coupon was already expired in June so hopefully they update their coupons. I live in a studio that attracts a lot of dust because it faces another building and an alleyway and I have horrible asthma and would always wake up wheezing. My friend recommended I buy an air filter but I couldn't wrap my head around which one to buy. I brought this because it was cheaper than the other air filters and it's been a godsend. The purifier is actually bigger than how it looks, about the size of a small countertop and it's a little loud. But it does its job super well. It's a little loud on the high settings but I love it. The scent booster is terrific, it isn't so overpowering that the air smells like febreze which aggravates my allergies but it's enough where I have a very pleasant odor. Also cleaning it a little bit of a task but it attracts SO MUCH DUST. I can finally breathe in my apartment and haven't woken up wheezing or with allergies since I purchased this product. And it's for a fraction of the price of other purifies. Will definitely buy another one I move into an apartment or a house because the square footage isn't a lot but it's worth the price.

I see its 10 bucks more now than my first purchase of this filter. Second filter I purchased was already 2 bucks up, and it wasnt even a whole month later I placed second purchase, but I still wanted it. Wouldnt buy it now for 49.99 and look elswhere. I used to have holmes air purifier with also an option of ionizer being on or off and threw it away. Years later I missed it and wanted it back but nowhere to find available or at ridiculous pricing of a newer revision which is claimed to have unbearable clicking noise when ionizer is turned on. Such a shame. So I picked this one, even though it doesnt have ionizing ozone generator, it still is a good purchase, when price is right. The scent comes in after the air goes through the filter and not before hand so thats also a plus because re-using filter that are all marked by the scents going through them makes a messy mix leading to odors afterwards. What I like the most about this unit is the fact I can stand this unit on its back or in its "standard" position just like I could with long missed holmes table top filter thus direct the air flow either into the ceiling or use it as a fan with filtered air blowing at me. Noise generation is best on low, anything higher is very audible but also the air movement is also numerously increased.I would recommend this unit but only if it comes with addition of 2 free filters for the price of 50 bucks. 40 is more like standard in my liking, with one filter included.

I am a trainee nail tech, This air purifier was recommended to me by somebody on YouTube who said this air purifier would gets rid of the nail monomer smells which is very potent. I only used this item once and then it stopped working I am unsure why it stopped working but the second time I tried to turn it on , it didn't work at all. The only thing that I can think about that may of cause it to stop working was that it had a USA 2 pin plug and because I live in the UK our plugs need a voltage adaptor. So it might be the reason. I'm unsure. So the second time I turned it on it did not work. So I return the item and receive the refund which Amazon put my refund on a Gift card, even though I paid by debit card. I have been trying ever since to get my my money put back on my debit card I'm so dissatisfied at the moment with Amazon because after at least 8 emails the refund hasn't been put back to my card. I keep getting a no response email from Amazon. To sum it up this Air purifier did not work for me.
