My 1 year old plays with this every day.Foam is nice and light so it doesn’t hurt if he does typical 1 year old things with it, like throwing.But the foam is heavy enough so the pins stand up on wood or carpet without an issue.My only concern is the paint used on the pins.; Since little ones tend to put toys in their mouths.All in all it’s cute and a lot of fun to play and teach bowling and ball rolling with him.It’s an appropriate size, it’s functional, and is durable enough to serve its purpose.

This is a Christmas gift for a 15 month old boy so he hasn't had a chance to use it yet. I, his great grandmother played with it. Wanted to see if the pins stayed up on two different types of carpeting and they did so I assume they will stay up on hardwood floors. Very colorful, numbers are easy to read so later on he will be able to put them in the proper order.

The design & colors were great and the kiddos loved it! The numbers on them helps with counting and to set them up in order. The foam wasn't hard. My grandkids also use them in hand to battle each other. I noticed the pins can quite easily break in half. Other than that these were perfect

Great foam pins and balls. Grandkids have had fun and not necessarily bowling. lol But they are still young.

This is very well balanced, the pins stay upright. On carpet and upright on wooden floors also.

Easily ripped, do not recommend for under the age of 6 or if u have animals.Now if I did not have animals or toddlers, this may have worked for us.

My nephew is a 2 yrs old and loves playing with this. He also loves numbers and letters, so this was a perfect match!
