I had heard about Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw One for Men and thought I'd try them. I'm glad I did. First of all they're capsules and not tablets which make them easier to digest and they go to work faster. Secondly, the vitamins are more potent than most multivitamins. I'd buy this product again.

Great multivitamin, was looking for vitamins to cover the daily need, and this is the best one yet that has practically all the vitamins an adult should be taking but in 1 capsule. Much easier to consistently take vitamins when you don’t need 5 different bottles of each kind of vitamin. Pill size is small and easy to swallow. Has slight taste but typically the taste that the vegan capsules bring. Vitamins function well for me.

Great vitamins. I've been taking these for a few years and love them. No side affects that I can tell and one of the few brands I trust. One a day and last for 75 days, so it's a great price. Easy to swallow since the size is small, in my opinion.

Quality vitamin gives me all the natural vitamin I need easy to take with enough servings to last it has a bit of a scent but that’s how you know it’s organic

The truth is, I don't know if vitamin supplements work. I've heard that maybe they aren't particularly healthful, and the benefit might be psychosomatic. All I know for sure is, when I take this supplement on a regular basis, I feel better. I fall asleep shortly after my head hits the pillow, without a lot of tossing and turning; and when the morning comes, I wake up promptly with my alarm, without all the resistance that I've had most of my life. My gut feels better too. I have fewer cravings for lousy food, I'm more inclined to stop when I feel full, and I feel satisfied after eating during the workday, instead of feeling bloated like I used to do. And, not to be gross, but my bowels move more regularly when I take this supplement. I took this product once before, and when I stopped, I started overeating. When I started again, I lost most of the weight that I gained, without feeling hungry or deprived. Of course this supplement isn't magic. I understand that I feel better because it contains nutrients that are often missing from packaged food, and it also has probiotics that help regulate gut health. Though I don't really comprehend the science, I understand that this works on a straightforward biological mechanism, and the positive response just makes sense. But, that being said, I repeat that I just feel better when I take this product.

INSANELY LIFE ALTERING!!!!! As someone who has suffered from a nascent iodine poisoning induced thyroid nodule that has changed the rest of my lifes relationship with iodine it IS EXTREMLY CRUICAL that this FORMULA NEVER CHANGE. This version of the vitamin code vitamin NOT having IODINE is a incredible blessing beyond description!!!! The scariest thing people should remember is they say 70% yes I said freaking 70!!!! 70% of all of us at some point in life in the USA can develop these growths on our thyroid. We are exposed to iodine in many things even without knowing the stuff is litteraly in everything and in my opinion that is clearly why the statistic for that problem to manifest is so close to 100%. And if that happens to u they are debilitating and life destroying i can tell you from personal experience. It can apperntly happen with no iodine ALSO BUT in America I can guarantee u your getting it in ways without your knowledge. But it's just my opinion I must say. So the biggest plus for me on this review is that it is beyond made known that I buy this not only cause it is clearly the best of the best for men in the multivitamin category. But MAINLY CAUSE THERE IS NO IODINE. Please garden of life NEVER REMOVE THIS option from the market. I plan to buy it FOREVER till the end of my days. I am currently subscribed for bottles for my entire family. I HIGHLY recommend this product for the un talked about benefits I have said here and just the incredible I haven't. 5 stars just isn't enough for how awesome these vitamins are. I absolutely love this line of Vitamins. After using it myself for a couple of years, I got the Raw One for Men for my boyfriend who has chronic Lyme and is on a 6 week course of IV antibiotics which is absolutely draining him on every level, physical, mental and emotional. I'm a medical intuitive and so it was very clear to me that without a doubt, the main reason he was feeling so bad was because his internal flora was so severely depleted and his body was very vitamin depleted as well. So I immediately ordered him the Raw One for Men as well as the Raw B Complex. I absolutely love this brand of vitamins - I use the Raw One for Women, as well as the B complex, and the Raw E, Raw Zinc, and Raw Iron as needed and I think they're the best vitamins I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot) I love that they're live food based as well as have digestive enzymes and probiotics. I realize that there is some controversy as to whether these are truly food-based or not, so all I can say is that they work for me and MY body takes to them as though they are food, much better than any other vitamins I've taken. I actually feel a difference, and don't have neon yellow pee after I take them, so this tells me that my body is assimilating them. I think the key to deciding in terms of issues like this, is instead of worry so much about what other people say is to just experiment and see whether they work for YOUR body or not. For me, I think these are amazing. I need to supplement because I have celiac and absorption issues, and although I eat very healthily, I don't eat much and am an athlete. Same with my boyfriend - he has Lyme, he doesn't eat much and is an athlete. So supplementation is a must for both of us. And we both agree that these are the best. He was actually totally amazed at how well these worked, as he's not really a supplement/vitamin guy - but these made all the difference in the world for him. The 6 week course of IV antibiotics was absolutely kicking his butt, and he's a super strong guy that can pretty much push through anything - but he wasn't able to push through this. After getting on these he's feeling great, and able to hike and ride his bike again. The difference for him has been night and day and he could hardly even believe it. He kept trying to figure out what changed because at first he didn't believe it could've been just the vitamins! I assured him it really wasn't that odd as I had a similar experience with them although not quite as dramatic. They really do work. They really do make a difference. Of course, YMMV. Your mileage may vary. And you also have to take care of yourself, eat healthily, exercise if possible, keep stress levels as low as possible, get sufficient sleep/rest and do what you can to take care of you mental, physical and emotional states as well, which we both do. No vitamin or supplement is really going to do much if all you do is sit around, eat fast food and stay up late watching TV. But if you're doing everything right and still not feeling good, these vitamins just may be the thing that gets you back on track on your way to peak health.
