Prime with AutoDelivery - convenient to have on hand
This stuff is great to have on hand for a quick meal or snack. I make nachos with it, and if you do want to serve more people, you can mix it with refried beans and toss in some chopped up onions and red & green peppers and top it with cheese - serves a crowd! Not for every day, but sometimes on a cold winter night, it just hits right!

It does the protein job...
I am old and I remember the days when I could hop over to the MacDougal's for a $1 double cheeseburger. I called it "the protein pill". It's all I needed for a buck and it fueled my day until dinner. Well those days are gone. Within that concept is; "what keeps us going". My Wife can't eat beans so here we are; Hormel Chili No Beans. It's a smaller can, but it packs 15g of Protein into a spice-laden sauce that is almost certain to kill the common cold. Ok...a double cheeseburger has 24g of Protein, but it's also not in a can and it also can't survive on a shelf until the end of time. I can't add a double cheeseburger to some processed cheese and make food for four people on a whim. Granted; I can't ruin the colon of four people with a double cheeseburger either, but it is what it is. Know what you are buying and hunt for a good price. That said; you can't do much better for shelf-stable protein in a can.
