ATG by Wrangler Men's Long Sleeve Mixed Material Shirt

I’ve ordered a lot of these kinds of quick drying safari style shirts from other companies on Amazon, and this one by ATG Wrangler actually fits perfectly. I’m 5’11, 180lbs, 44 chest and bought a large, which is my natural size. Most quick dry safari style shirts I’ve bought on Amazon I’ve returned because they’re gigantic, but this shirt almost feels taylor-made while still allowing for athletic movement and venting for hot days. Why can’t other less expensive brands get these right? The shirt feels light weight the way this style should feel, and it doesn’t run too long the way some shirts hang way down to your thighs. Looks great untucked. Do be aware that the rolled up sleeve feature secures around your forearm and not above your elbow. The pictures do show this, but it’s worth thinking about. Also, the attachment to the button using the roll up sleeve feature is a little elastic loop that I imagine might stretch out over time (we’ll see) as opposed to using fabric and a button like many other shirt varieties employ. The pockets are well sized for storing phones or other equipment, and the chest zipper pocket (the whole reason I bought this) is discreet and very large, which is awesome.

I continue to be pleasantly surprised with the wrangler ATG gear given its price point and quality. Extremely solid shirts. Used them on a four day hunt that entailed a ton of walking. Performed extremely well. Breathable, practical and comfortable. Instead of paying for expensive upland gear do yourself a favor and get three of these shirts for the price of one of the influencer brands. Only gripe is that the button to convert from long sleeve to short sleeve is almost more on the forearm so you’ll get a 3/4 sleeve feel rather than a short sleeve. To get a full short sleeve you need to roll it pretty tight which kinda defeats the purpose of the button. But minor gripe.

I grabbed the ATG by Wrangler Men’s Long Sleeve Mixed Material Shirt as an upgrade from the Drover shirts, and honestly — it’s a step in the right direction. Fit and cut are solid. It feels more substantial than the Drover ATG shirts I’ve tried, with a better mix of materials that actually makes a difference. It wears comfortably without feeling like you’re overheating, and it’s far less “flimsy button-down” than some other everyday shirts out there. But let’s be real — even though this is noticeably better than the Drover ATG shirts, it still isn’t quite in the same league as Poncho brand gear. The fabric quality and heft are improved, don't get me wrong, but you can still feel the difference when you put a Poncho shirt on. That extra durability and build quality just isn’t matched here. So, if you want a comfortable, well-fitting long sleeve that’s a nice step up from the basic ATG offerings, this is it. Just don’t expect it to replace Poncho shirts if you’re used to that standard — it’s good, not great.

This fit great and is true to size. I needed a light weight shirt to wear in the summer to scout corn fields and this delivered. It's light enough to keep me cool while being strong enough to keep the corn rash off of me. I've even been able to wear it out after work without looking like ive worked in it all day.

I love this shirt! It is very breathable especially for field work. The color is very nice and has not faded. Quality is fantastic, I live in the south, even in 90+ days with high humidity I felt that this shirt was great for keeping the sun off me while not being too hot. Awesome value, just as good as some higher brand names like PFG.

Great, well-made sun shirt. Sizing accurate to provided info. Wrangler brand is more or less always reliable for tough, durable work and play clothing. This shirt is no exception! Can be a little too warm on really hot days. Back vent not very useful on me at any rate. Shirt looks good, but color selection could be better. Washes well with hanging up drying producing little or no wrinkles. Sun shirts seem to cost twice what a regular long sleeve shirt costs, this shirt is a pretty good value and a lot less than some of the others.

Like the feel and quality, sizing seems way off. Ordered my usual 2x and it’s very large on me. Usually have issues with cuffs being too tight, these are extremely large

This is a great outdoor shirt. Compared to the other Wrangler ATG shirts, this has the best fit and comfort of all if you’re going to be doing hiking/fishing, or even climbing. I’ve bought the Hike-To-Fish shirt and though it felt nice, the fit was tight on me, and felt like using it to do tasks like climb or do some labor, it would rip. Also I like that the mixed media shirt doesn’t have a back flap where there would be a hole for air to go thru. The shirt material is breathable, and with the mixed tight woven mesh on the underarms, it provides great maneuverability and comfort while moving. The shirt is also very stylish as well with the earth tone colors. I like that the Wrangler ATG line has features for their shirts, so if you like pockets and function, this is it. It has a hidden zip chest pocket behind the two front chest pockets. I’m 5’9, and 155lbs. Most Wrangler ATG shirts are made to fit the average male model size like 6’2, 165lbs. The shirts sleeve on this model shirt fit perfectly, and has a regular fit to it with room to move around in. If you want a slim fit shirt, then a non outdoor brand would do fine if you want only style. This has both style and function. I’m a fan of the forearm loop Patent. My forearms are not as big and muscular so when I do roll up my sleeves, the loop hooks on a button so I don’t have to go thru the trouble of having to re-roll my sleeves so they’re nice and tight every time. This is a good outdoor shirt to buy. I bought two more colors because they’re just so good.

Excellent hiking shirt at a decent price. I usually buy size Large and I did so for this shirt which was a tad too big - more space under the arms and wider than my usual large. Nonetheless it might be useful when hiking

Well made and a great fit (I'm an L). Love the colour. Dries fast so ideal for travel wear. I wear these shirts when I'm out with my cameras and find the breathability is also great.

Passt prima, wie bestellt. Sieht richtig gut aus. Kann ich nicht nur Outdoor sondern auch privat und im Job sehr gut tragen. Der Stoff ist absolut angenehm. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits.
