Vinegar for Chinese Cooking
This is what you need to cook Chinese food. The vinegar sold in regular supermarket cannot bring in the fragrance flavor. We live in a small town and can’t find an Ascia grocery store to buy this product. Order online is a good choice.

It was two in a pack but one of the bottles is sludge-y. Gross.

The flavor is a s recommended to me by a Chhinese chef.
I am not an expert but it is just that it has worked into my recipes just as suggested by Maggie Wu. My problem is that one-half of one bottle has gone and I will have to order two more!
