I recently purchased this volleyball, and overall, I’m very satisfied with its quality and performance. Right out of the box, the ball had a clean finish, solid stitching, and a soft but durable synthetic leather cover. It’s comfortable to pass, set, and spike without causing too much sting on the arms or hands, which is especially great during longer practice sessions. In terms of performance, the ball holds its shape well and has consistent bounce and flight. It’s perfectly balanced, so float serves and topspin hits feel predictable and responsive. I’ve used it both for casual games and during training drills, and it performs consistently on both hardwood and sand surfaces. The only minor downside is that it needed a bit of air after the first few uses, but that’s normal for most new balls. Once properly inflated, it’s been holding air pressure reliably.

Pretty good for the price! The replica has a slightly different feel than the official ball. But it has good grip and air retention. It’s not super hard either, perfect for beach. The seam quality seems good! The color matched the official ball. I personally think it’s just as good, but a better price for the replica.

Don't debate, just buy this ball! I was initially torn between this and the cheaper replica, but having experienced this one, there's no going back. It's simply on another level. This is the go-to ball in my volleyball league; my opponents consistently ask to use it over others. It offers a superior feel and consistent play that makes a real difference in every match. A huge bonus is how soft it is. My wife, who used to get arm pain from other balls, now plays without fear and genuinely enjoys practicing with this one. I was pleasantly surprised when this sand volleyball arrived fully pumped up and ready to play. No need to dig out a pump or waste time before hitting the court. The ball feels durable and well-made—definitely built to withstand tough outdoor play. We’ve been using it regularly for a few weeks now, and it still looks and feels great. Excellent grip, consistent bounce, and no signs of wear so far. I can tell this one is going to last a long time. Highly recommend for beach or backyard games!

Bought the “Real” game ball and the replica to see what the difference is. The replica feels a bit plasticy but for a 1/3 of the price, it is a good ball. Not going to return it, keeping both and see how they break in.

I ordered the replica and this $80 real ball. They are night and day. The replica would be okay for the backyard. It's a little more texturized and slightly more rubbery feel. It's also a tad smaller. We've only played with it a couple times and it already has a spot where the skin of the ball is pulling away. We kept it but for $30 that ball is not great. The real one is far superior, has a more leathery feel, and is the The official size. It's also more than double the price, so if you're playing competitive volleyball, buy this one, however, if your kids are using it in the backyard just go with the replica.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This ball is a great steal for the price as it is super similar vs the Pro ball which you can have 3 of these for the price of the Pro ball. Texture is a bit cheaper than the pro ball but the price difference makes it all better !
