Very sturdy feels like the ones at the LA Fitness(And I weigh 250 pounds). The Manufacturer makes it very easy to put together. All the boxes were labeled by number in the instruction let you know exactly what hardware to use for each number, this was really helpful.

Nice mid-range elliptical.I'm 5'2" and my husband is 5'11" so it was difficult to find a machine we could both use. I still struggle a bit with this on its shortest settings, but I am able to exercise safely. Husband loves it and it's middle stride setting works great for him. Our kids can easily use it too. (I'm the shorty throwing a wrench in the works.) The foot pedals are bolted so changing them is not something you would do regularly. I put them on the middle setting (there are 3). I could use it better, I think, on the first setting, but that would muck it up for the other three people that use it. The swing bars have three settings that are easy to move each time.I found it easy to put together. The instructions were clear to me. (Keep in mind that I'm the person people ask to put their furniture together, and I enjoy doing it.) It was a bit cumbersome with the weight of some of the parts, but I managed just fine propping things on a chair. I'd highly recommend a second human to help out.We had an issue with squeaking in one of the front knuckle joints after about a week of daily use by 4 people. The extra greese they provide in the tool/bolt kit worked to fix it.It is easy to program with each user's personal info. The preset programs are easy to get to, and the screen shows a preview of what they are so you don't have to memorize program numbers. We have all found the heart monitor to be inaccurate. We have a medical grade one we use instead.It feels very sturdy while in use. It doesn't rock, sway, or walk across the floor. This machine is nice and heavy yet easy to move with the wheels on the stability bar. We have ours on a short pile rug.The phone/tablet rack is nice but blocks the screen. I'm constantly having to move my device so I can see my progress. Not the end of the world but slightly annoying. My tablet speakers are better than the ones on the machine so I don't use that feature.It has a great range in resistance. The first level is super easy; good for cardio, and the top level is very hard; you feel the burn really quickly. LolIt's definitely not a top of the line machine, but it gets the job done, is easy to use, and totally worth the price tag.

Just as sturdy as a commercial model in gym, doesn't have all of the latest bells and whistles, but if you looking for a quiet and sturdy model that feels very fluid, this is the one you want.

I had 4 main issues during the 11 steps of assembly. None of the problems were due to poor instruction or the design. I found out the parts were not manufactured per their drawing specs. I had to force and make adjustments for those out of spec parts. At the end I was able to fully install the unit. The unit was very stiff and that was due to the right pedal tube. It was misaligned and was putting lots of pressure on the drive. I knew at that point, the unit will break soon if I use it everyday.I can't believe such a great design is manufactured by a subpar place that they even do not fit check each part.I had to disassemble and return the unit. What a waste of time on this product. Thank you Amazon for your help to return this order and refunding my money.

I have owned this equipment now almost 2 years, I use it a minimum of 3x per week and max 5 days. I have never had any issues with it, its fantastic for the price. I love the diverse programs that are built into the equipment which allows me to challenge myself. It is just a little smaller than equipment in a commercial gym so perfect for a garage gym or gym lounge in a home. It is portable and every easy to move to other spaces. The assembly was easy and I did it alone. I would purchase another piece of equipment from this company.

Update: After three month, the machine started squeaking badly. While customer service has been attentive, the fix we had to implement was arduous and at first didn't solve the issue. My husband made another adjustment to the handle bar staff and that seemed to help. So hopefully it will be okay. But this is not reassuring considering the machine is just 3 months old.A family member bought us this elliptical as a pandemic Christmas present and we are very happy with our selection. Assembly was as easy as a machine like this could be. Parts were labeled and the steps were clearly laid out. Customer service was excellent and responded right away when one question arose. As far as our workouts go, it's everything we wanted in an elliptical. Compact, easy-to-use and very effective. If you're looking for a great piece of workout equipment for the home, this is an excellent choice.

When the elliptical arrived, one of the plastic parts on the handlebar was cracked. I sent in a picture of the cracked part to the company and asked for a replacement part. I had a reply within one week, and a replacement part was sent. It was relatively easy to assembly as the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it worked well. I have been using it for a week, and it is quiet enough that I can use it early in the morning without waking my household up. Good quality for the price. I am very happy with the purchase!
