pHandOrp Travel Ionizer

I bought 2 from Tyent as at the time they seemed to be the only company distributing this product and I couldn't get in contact with anyone from Evontis to ask questions or make a purchase. Now I can get in touch with anyone at either company regarding a repair or replacement request and now Amazon is selling them! Interesting indeed! The product works but you have to replace the filters often to maintain the pH and can't find anyone who distributes the filters now since I cant get in contact with Tyent or Evontis! I will try Amazon customer service for the filters. The problem we had with one is the top blew off very forcefully upon unscrewing it the last time, hit the ceiling and came apart in two pieces. It was a good thing it didn't hit me in the face as I would have been seriously injured! However, that wouldn't matter to the manufacturer because you ant get in contact with anyone. I suspect they are out of business and having amazon sell all their remaining product that is left!

Received one of these from a friend for Christmas and it's great. It comes with a pH tester and it's considerably more alkaline than my filtered drinking water. A full container will fill about half of 32 oz water bottle so it usually takes 2 fills.Be sure to follow the instructions to avoid getting too many particles in the water afterwards.
