Compré el calcio de alga roja ( de plantas ) , ya q el calcio q recetan en España es de roca , y produce muchas molestias estomacales además de a mi , estreñimiento severo . Gracias a este producto ( ya q en locales de Espana no venden calcio de alga roja ) he podido añadir el calcio a mis suplementos , y puedo asegurar q no provoca este efecto. Además añade otros minerales buenos para los huesos . Por Dios , no lo quitéis de Amazon , a ver si en Espana se pueda vender y dar a conocer el calcio de alga roja .
