Apart from my Fitbit and my Renpho scale. This is definitely the third best thing I've ever bought for my weight loss journey. In my opinion it works better than the 2 tbs of the liquid ACV & hunger buster pills from protein world that I used to take.I bought this specifically for suppressing my appetite and it works a charm. I can now comfortably start my intermittent fasting eating window at 2pm - 6/8pm depending on how I'm feeling that day without feeling hungry. I also don't have the urge to snack anymore. I usually feel ravenous after a HIIT workout and can't stop eating. However, I noticed after taking this and doing a hiit workout I'm not as hungry as I usually am and I can stop myself eating uncontrollably.In the past 2 weeks that I've been taking this I've done a hiit workout twice and light walking every other day. And I've lost a total of 2kg. I think the probiotic supplement I'm taking also helped as it keeps me regular.I lost 1kg each week and it didn't feel like a struggle as it used to. Before I used to put in so much effort by exercising daily or every other day and being on a strict diet before I could even dream of losing 1kg.Now, it seems to fall off with little effort. I eat carbs every other day and I don't feel like I'm missing out at all. I now feel confident that I can and will reach my weight loss goals. This morning, I put on a shirt that didn't use to fit me and guess what it fits so well. Something I've noticed is that the more you take it i.e. as the weeks pass the less hungry you feel. So I can comfortably eat once a day if I wanted to and I wouldn't feel hungry in the slightest.Pros:1. It's amazing at suppressing your appetite2. It doesn't taste bad3. It doesn't smell horrific (note it definitely has a slight whiff to it but it's bearable)Cons1. It's quite a big pill so not the easiest to swallow (I've attached an image of a regular pill - i.e. the probiotic I take compared to this one)Prior to buying this my biggest concern was the pill size as I hate big pills because I usually find it hard to swallow them. However, for me, the pros outweigh the cons and I deal with swallowing them by drinking more water before popping them in my mouth. I usually take one in the morning and the other in the evening/ night so that helps as well. I will definitely be repurchasing this once it finishes and I'm excited to see how things turn out once I've reached my weight loss goals.

Good service, excellent product, easy to take and good value for money. Still early to tell if my health is benefiting, I am hoping it will show good signs soon!

i have to say i am equally delighted with this product than my other brands i have used in the past, they are easy to swallow and in less than a week i feel the positive benefits and i don't believe that is a placebo effect of trying something new, however it has been a good months since i used Apple Cider Vinegar supplements and i have always felt the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar no matter what brand i have used in the past so these are equality effective.the only downside is they are expensive for what they are and because i did have a lot of equal success in the past with using many other Apple Cider Vinegar products of half the price so i will say they are no better or no worse than the budget branded supplements! so if you are on a budget i do absolutely think you would get equal success from another product of half the price from my personal long term experience using similar Apple Cider Vinegar products,i switched to these as i wanted to try the capsule type for easy swallow which do help however the capsules are still quite large so not everyone will feel they are easy swallow.i do like this product but i personally will not be buying them again as the price is not worth it when i think of the cheaper brands i have used and how they were also equally as good so i cant justify the extra wasted expense when a cheaper product works just as well.my advise is be confident in buying the cheaper brands as they will work just as well as this one. or if you are happy paying the extra this is a good product which gives good results also and worth using as it will help with your overall health and well-beingi have removed a star because i don't feel that these are value for money especially if you are on a limited budget. if money is no object then i suppose you could consider this a 5 star product

I am a woman of a certain menopausal age, my weight is increasing but I find it particularly difficult to lose it. I have been taking 3 capsules a day for nearly 3 weeks now and I am certainly noticing a difference. I have lost 3lb.. (which I am thrilled about) I have increased my steps every day (not running marathons) I am not eating between meals; I don't want to eat biscuits or snacks and when I do eat my portion size is definitely smaller.. I have tried a number of different tablets, eating habits etc etc and this to date, so far is my go to.. Yes I am watching what I eat and exercising slightly more, I love my food and I am enjoying my food but eating less and still feeling full. I hope this helps, I appreciate it might not work for everyone, but the capsules are excellent value for money and worth a try... good luck

I used to take Apple Cider Vinegar years ago, but lower doseage than this one and not with mother.Just a word of warning, always research supplements before taking them, because some will agree with you and some won't.I started taking this back in June/July and since then, I have had to change all my hair routine and products, plus have my hair cut shorter due to dryness/damage. This has been a long hair journey for me and hopefully by mid 2025 my hair should fingers crossed be back to normal. I was totally unaware that this supplement is prone to dry/damage your hair, otherwise I would not have taken it. This needs to be listed as a side effect really.Just wanted to make others aware, so you don't go through what I have and still am.This is not a review aimed at the seller, just with this product and if you are taking it, maybe consider a lower doseage, just be careful.
