Obsessed with these we bought four and our kids really enjoy filling this out daily!

I purchased on for each of my students. We write in them once a week and my students love that they are a private way to express their feelings without being judged or feeling embarrassed.

This was just what I needed to help my 7 year old daughter process how she was feeling!

My eight yr old seem to like it to vent about the girl drama at school but I wish it had more empty pages to write. Ended up getting her a diary to go with it.

I had a new student who arrived as a refugee. He needed to be able to express himself more easily. This fit the bill. It has multiple ways to express emorions: written, emojis, pictures...great for someone who needs multiple choices or simply doesn't have the vocabulary yet for English (or any other language they are learning. )

We bought this for our grandson to help him better express how he is feeling, how his day has gone and to see the good and the not so good things that happened. While the pages might be the same day after day, he loves it and it helps him stay on track. Mom is happy and will be ordering more journals and that makes Nana happy.

This has been very helpful for my autistic teenager to use nightly for review during therapy.

Was look for journals for some teens I work with; these were not it.
