Q: Does this fit the Ford Explorer sport model?

I don’t know, mine is an Eddie Bauer. When you bring it up for ordering it may ask what your model is.

Q: On the left side hinge the bolt broke while tightening. I tried to drill the broken bolt bit out but didn't work can you replace it?

I had the exact same thing happen. I was lucky enough to drill the bolt out and replace it with a 1/4-20 standard bolt. As I remember, this was slightly larger than the original (6mm?) bolt. Use the correct size (and sharp) tap drill for 1/4-20, and use a bottom tap, as it's not a through hole. Good luck!
