This product is an absolute game changer for me. After suffering with MGD & dry eye, I thought I had tried every eyelid scrub or treatment but then I found this! I use it in combination with a steam eye mask. Steam then spray & clean. I use 2x a day or whenever my eyes are overly irritated. It's easy to use with a spray onto a cotton round or directly onto closed eyelids. It instantly soothes. However, within a week of using my eyelids were less red & swollen, less itchy and my eyes did not feel as if I had pebbles in them. My use of artificial tears has drastically lessened & I have now been able to maintain a baseline of normal where my eye issues aren't affecting my daily life. It's so incredibly effective and it's a naturally occurring substance our body already produces so using it as many times as needed is ok. 100% recommend this product.

This saved me another LADIES READ- LASH cyst/ chalazion removal ( hard stye/infection on upper lids (mebomiam gland) that was blocked and infected) see my pictures w review! I had prior surgeries of chalazion stye/cysts on my upper lids on both eyes from irritation-LASHES/ contacts/ with no reason particularly of suffering from this eye infection. After careful reviewing bought this product and started using it three times a day and it certainly helped with the itchiness, dry eye and very PAINFUL stye. Please save yourself pain, money, and a visit to an eye surgeon! This with repeated use in AM and PM will give you results. Spray on lid-lashes let it sit and rub gently w clean fingers, not to be sprayed w eyes open. LADIES if you’re wearing false lashes, this is a must buy in order to avoid those mites that do create infections from individual lashes placement on lids, and glue-irritation on lid/lashes., it also helped growth on lashes quickly to replace from inflammation and blepharitis ( swollen eyelids) This is real functionality with a modest price to avoid horrific eye problems! I have consistently been using it for six months and no signs of irritation, I am not suffering from dry eye, if I wear my contact lenses for more than three or four hours, I will spray directly to the lid and it will help with moisture and ensuring that I do get the tear duct working.NO ONE PAID ME for THIS REVIEW OR FREE ANYTHING!!

It's a good product without irritation. I am constantly reading and working on the computer, and my vision is an essential part of getting daily tasks completed. I use this regularly.

Great product for the eyes, simple to use, does a great job of encouraging the eyes to produce natural lubrication. Bought the two pack, so when one has been cleaned, the other is available for use for ongoing therapy.

Works for dry eye.

My son suffers from the irritation of a past stye and we tried everything to help it and make it go away and make the flaking stop and it wasn't until we found THIS after our eye doctor recommended it that all of that changed. He no longer has lash flaking, the irritation and issues went away and I will never try another product again. This corrected everything. We don't spray it on his lid (which you can, we just do not)...I take a little cotton round or cotton ball and I spray it on that, making sure it is wet and wipe it onto the lid. It does not leave a sticky or weird powdery after situation and dries down well. Will 100% repurchase once we run out. This has lasted us a few months with even usage.

I picked up the OCuSOFT HypoChlor Spray hoping it would help with mild eyelid irritation and oil buildup. I do like that it’s non-irritating and very gentle on the eyes — no stinging or discomfort at all, which is a big plus for sensitive skin. However, after using it consistently for a couple of weeks, I didn’t notice a major improvement in symptoms. It seems to refresh the area, but the results weren’t as noticeable as I had hoped. It feels more like a light cleanser than a targeted treatment. Also, for the small 2 oz size, the price felt a bit high. The spray bottle works well, though, and it’s convenient to apply. Overall, it’s not a bad product, just not a standout for me. Might work better as part of a broader eye hygiene routine rather than a solution on its own.

The product is just amazing. I was suffering with my eyelids eczema and since a first use I felt such a relief. No more swelling and irritation.
