I ordered on August 2019 using for past 1 year still I feel like its still new comfortable durable worthy for my money I expected less in this but got Much more .....

Nice product with a good price

This buy was well worth the money and effort.Definitely not a cheap spring mattress slapped together and shipped. I have used 6 inch spring mattresses and always wanted one for my king sized bed. Got this on a deal day for just below 9k. The comfort foam layer on top helps the mattress mould somewhat to your body curves and is very comfortable.Only one side of this is for sleeping on, but I am supposing that you could use the other side as well if you lay a somewhat thick blanket (or something similar) after flipping the mattress over.Before you order, make sure to use a tape measure over your bed to see if you want the 6 inch or 8 inch model. I got the 8 inch one and since my bed was already pretty high, now I wish I had bought the 6 inch one instead. But regardless, this is an excellent mattress.Another thing, see if you have bedsheets and covers to fit the mattress size you order. If not get some, because you are going to need them.Most sellers do not ship large items to my location, but Boston did. The courier in my town charged me an additional Rs. 400 to deliver to my doorstep from the main town. This is not an issue since I was going to have to pick it up anyway as is common here for large items, and 400 is much lower than I would have had to spend to transport it to my home.10 out of 10 for both the seller and the product.

Great comfort

I think I purchased it 3 months back for mom. I thought this will reduce her back pain and will help in good sleep but not has touched half of my expectation. It is firm and also cushiony. But it is good for sometime only. You somehow cannot get the maximum comfort if you lay more than an hour. You just want to change the sleeping position every now and then.The most irritating thing I found about the mattress is its spring sounds. It is so bad and loud when you kind of sit on the center part of the mattress or if you are changing the sleeping position during mid night, it surely wakes you up.Looks like the springs are not oiled. That's what I feel. And one more thing I found annoying was the boundaries of the mattress are very hard, I know there is horizontal spring which is on the boundary but you could have atleast given a sponge to cover that. It will hurt you if you land hardly on the boundaries of the mattress.But for this price, we can not expect something very comfy.So taking everything into consideration, I will give a 3 or 3.25 out of 5.ThanksKevin CruiseHyderabad

This is my second boston mattress,first one being a hotel comfort which is superb & all most double the price of current one.The basics is good in every aspect.But bit disappointing that all the sides of mattress went thru cost cutting by not providing any cushion support.Its just a layer of cloth.Literally can touch the spring from thr.Have to wait n watch it's durability . Stating that over all it's a comfortable mattress for the price.

I am Searching for Good mattresses for my back pain. Finally found Boston Bonnell Spring Mattress. For Try, I have ordered one and used last 10 days . The product is very good and comfortable while sleeping. Planning one more for my kid.customer service is good.

Product in NOT at all as expected. The padding is so thin that you feel the springs. There are no paddings on the sides. Padding at bottom appears to be a thin plastic sheet and may not hold for long. I enquired even before buying and the Boston Support told me that there is a hard padding which will keep spring from popping out. Does seems so, after touching the mattresses. Tried to contact Boston Support again. Only reply I get from them is call xxxxxxxxx, which at times is inoperative... Disappointed, may need to buy another set of mattresses sooner than expected!
