Used on lower back, eased pain and fast heat up
A lot of these other reviews are misleading, the strip is not meant to be fully sticky, only the edges stick to your skin. The patches are air activated when you open the pouch not when you peel the sticky back off.

The Cura-Heat Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief Pads 🔥💆♀️
When it comes to soothing neck and shoulder pain, the Cura-Heat Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief Pads seem to have elicited a range of reactions from customers. While some have found solace in the comforting warmth and moisturizing properties, others have expressed concerns about the product's performance and quality. Let's delve into the pros and cons of this heated solution. 🤔Pros:✅ Provides soothing warmth to alleviate muscle tension and pain. 💆♂️✅ Infused with skin-nourishing moisturizers for added comfort. 💦✅ Convenient pack of three for extended use. 📦Cons:❌ Stability issues – pads tend to slip off with movement. 🚶♀️❌ Questionable adhesive quality, leading to poor stickiness. 👎❌ Inconsistent heat distribution, with some areas feeling hotter than others. 🔥❄️❌ Varying opinions on value for money and overall effectiveness. 💰While the Cura-Heat pads have undoubtedly brought relief to some users, the recurring complaints about their lack of stability and adhesive quality cannot be ignored. 😕 Imagine the frustration of having to constantly readjust a pad that keeps sliding off your neck or shoulders, interrupting the soothing experience.Furthermore, the inconsistent heat distribution raises concerns about the product's ability to provide uniform relief across the targeted area. 🌡️ And let's not forget the polarizing views on value and effectiveness – some customers feel they got their money's worth, while others remain unconvinced. 💸It's a mixed bag, really. ສ On one hand, the moisturizing warmth can be a godsend for sore muscles. But on the other, the practical issues with stability and performance cast a shadow over the overall user experience. At the end of the day, it's a matter of weighing the potential benefits against the drawbacks. If you're willing to overlook the flaws and prioritize the soothing warmth, the Cura-Heat pads might be worth a try. But if you value stability and consistent performance, you might want to explore alternative pain relief options. 🕵️♀️

A pain in the back
These really work for me for pain in my lower back. I know the product says for shoulder and neck but I find them much better than the square back pain patches. These come in 4 smaller heat patches in each patch. They stay warm for hours approximately 8-10 hours and I think that’s so good and an excellent price. I wanted to buy more as I have a long standing back problem but I could only buy 7 packs. I hope the seller does this offer again as I will definitely be buying them again. 10/10

Poor quality
A chronic neck pain sufferer I am willing to try almost anything to relieve some pain and make my day more comfortable. When ordered paid £2.60, which seemed reasonable.I seen these and liked the idea for work so I don’t have to walk around with a hot water bottle attached to my neck and allow me to free up my hands from holding it in place. On opening the white piece of paper covering the sticky area was already coming off and the item is suppose to be reactive to air once this is removed.Unlike other patches of its kind you can place these directly on skin. It comes individually wrapped, you get three in a pack. However, they are completely useless and don’t stick, I spent most of the few hours I could tolerate them trying to stick them back in place. The adhesive quality is very poor and spent most of the day trying to hold it where I needed to get what residual heat I could. The heat was very poor, my neck would have been warmer with a scarf wrapped around.I definitely could not recommend these based on my experience, if they work for you great, but my honest opinion is don’t waste your money.

A miss for me I’m afraid
This review is for the Cura-Heat Neck and Shoulder Pain Direct-to-Skin, Pack of 3.I suffer from muscle spasms a lot so I invest a lot in preventative measures to keep my muscles relaxed. Heat packs is one of those things I invest in.This was a much-needed item however it does not adhere well to skin as it is only sticky at the far ends, not all the way around the patch. As it is so long, it is bulky which means it sags in the middle and eventually comes off.I am a regular buyer of the Cura-Heat back patches that go on your clothing and find those to be far more effective for upper shoulder pain because they stay in place. I would recommend those over these if you don’t mind having a visible heat patch on the outside of your clothing.

Not great, doesn't really work.
Bought these for my neck and was disappointed. Occasionally used but took so long to heatup to a somewhat beneficial temp was basically pointless.
