Solid with an immaculate finish, very high precision, the manual 'in' 'out' is very smooth. I used Duracell Plus batteries, it advises use the best batteries. I am very impressed with the quality and functionality. I had a Unican 7000 key pad entry lock, used it for over 20 years superb, but I am now 91 and wanted a secure entry system I could control from anywhere in the house, in case I became ill. I have made my previously inactivated Ingersoll lock an entry latch, as once the bolt is withdrawn, the door opens, so an always unlocked latch is a good idea, I Araldited the key in, which acts as the latchknob.

This is a good lock, but giving it 4 stars instead of 5 as I would rather have had the option to switch the beeping sound off every time it locks. But it works well and easy to install.

Fitted easily to external door. Fob works every time, from a good distance and the lock/unlock confirmation beep is a great feature. Definitely a good buy. Only issue i have is i want to buy additional units for more doors and would love to pair to a single fob.

Great product. Easy to install and works well. Installed it on garden gate, it makes going and coming so much easier as I use a mobility scooter.

Sturdy, works very well

The fittings are great if only there were left and right hand catching mounting, 4 holes means 2 holes are in view all the time.I have returned this item it is not childproof.
