It surprised me gave me energy, and as a stroke victim, I can use all the help I can get and that was just taking 1 capsule, I'd never take more due to it being on the edge of what I'd take. Drugs are too dangerous, this has been pretty good for me so far ! I'm glad I tried it !

I know this is confusing for consumers without basic chemistry wording/math or experience understanding labels. One serving contains 2.5mg Yohimbine HCL(active ingredient) which is 2% Standardized of the 125mg. Yohimbe Bark in the capsule. 125mg. x 0.02 =2.5mg
