Soft and week
I bought two of these to put on my chipper shredder. They fit the axel and looked good. But are not able to support the 263 pound unit using two of these. The tires would get a flat spot on them making it hard to roll and then the hubs bent and one completely broke off leaving me stranded in the woods. These would be ok for something about 100 pounds and on flat terrain.

These are not 12" tires. A label is stuck to the wheel saying it is 12" but if you measure, they are 13".

Pay Attention to Hub Width
Had to return these wheels because they have super-wide hubs that would not fit on my yard cart. Picture didn't really show that, and I failed to clue in to that particular dimension in the description. Note that the hub flares out on both sides of the wheel, so you need lots of axle clearance on both sides. Really the only application I can think of that would be compatible would be a wheelbarrow. So word to the wise, save yourself the hassle and measure carefully before ordering.The wheels themselves seemed fine, though I agree with other reviewers that the 'rubber' is on the soft side and might not be great if your application is very heavy.
