First, I am not celiac. Just gluten/wheat intolerant so I would never recommend for someone with celiac disease. However, this works great for me which was a total surprise. I still stay away from gluten as much as possible but always have these on me for when gluten free is not available. I have tested these thoroughly so I know there is a limit to its effectiveness. You should use caution when testing as everyone is different. I've had no side effects and, IMO, they are worth the money!

They work great for me (not celiac), but I do take 2-4 per meal.

I found this 3-pack and it was a better deal than the 2 or 1 packs. But this brand is getting more and more expensive. These aren't small, but they're not giant "horse pills" as our family calls the giant pills. They have a clear plastic outside. When we use them, we feel less bloated. If you are allergic or have Celiac, I don't think these will help...but if you are sensitive to gluten...give these a try.

I’m gluten intolerant and this is the best gluten digestive supplement of the ones I’ve tried. They work very well. I take them when I travel, at least for 1 meal. And also occasionally while eating out. Works very well and helps me enjoy food with wheat ingredients again. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Good quality

Got this for our granddaughter who is extremely gluten sensitive. She takes one just before eating and she can enjoy bread, spaghetti, desserts, etc. If she starts to feel bad, she just takes another one and it works immediately! She is over the moon thrilled with it!!
